Yet, how do we know what’s best for our parents and ourselves? This program will provide adult children and senior’s essential information to help navigate the maze of options for senior care. The second part of the program will explore the challenges of helping our parents and ourselves navigate the emotional landscape of preparing for one’s senior years.
