Abs and Glutes: This 30 minute class focuses on your abdominal area and your glutes. Absolute Beginner Ballroom Dancing: Two weeks each of Waltz, Foxtrot and Tango. This class will teach you the basics in three rhythm dances and prepare you for more ballroom dance classes. Advanced Beginner Ballroom Dancing: Two weeks each of Waltz, Foxtrot and Tango. This class is designed for students who know three basic steps in each of the dances listed. Beginner Barre: Want to learn the basics of Barre, but don’t know where to start? This class is for you. Barre: Ballet and fitness movements are combined to achieve a strong toned body.

Beginner Pilates: This class uses the same concepts of Pilates but at a gentler pace. Learn the basics on breathing and using the

core to help achieve proper form and execution of the exercises.

Boot Camp and TRX Bootcamp: Anything goes in the high intensity interval class! No class is ever the same! The TRX Suspension

Trainer, weights, kettlebells, Bosu balls, etc. will be incorporated to perform challenging body weight exercises that build power,

strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, all at the intensity you choose.

Body Pump: 60-Minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats,

Presses, Lifts and Curls.

Body Works: Tone and define your whole body with this strength training class that uses dumbbells, body bars, and bender balls.

This class will also challenge your core and balance.

Chair Yoga: Get the same benefits of Yoga without having to get down onto the ground.

Flow Yoga: Any of our Flow Yoga (mixed and slow) classes use various poses for flexibility, strength, balance and posture while

using breath, meditation and relaxation. This class is designed for all levels!

Low Impact Tabata: This high intensity interval training class without all of the impact uses bouts of challenging exercises follow

by active recovery. Great for your joints and a challenge to your muscles.

Mommy and Me: This is a functional, total-body conditioning workout for moms with kids in tow. Each workout is comprised of

strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun!

Power through Parkinson’s: Power through Parkinson's with this boxing-inspired, full body class. Not a boxer? You don't need to

be. Come join the fun, challenge yourself, and GET MOVING! *There is a charge for this class and must sign up first. Please see the

Front Desk for more details.

Pilates: Using breathing techniques, core conditioning and body awareness. Pilates is a safe and effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without stressing the joints. Piloxing: A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you! Simply Step: Step up your workout with this class. This class combines utilizes aerobic combinations using the step. This class is

designed for any level.

Spin: Join us for this motivating class that utilizes a specially designed stationary bike. This class will challenge the body and

refresh your mind. Come experience it!

Spin Express: Get your heart rate pumping and the caloric burn with this 30 minute Spin class. Stretches and core to follow.

Spin N More: This Spin class incorporates high intensity low impact exercises on the bike along with upper body strength training.

Step N Sculpt: Get everything that you need in this class. A whole lot of cardio followed by body sculpting exercises.

Strength and Balance: Improve strength with this low intensity class that consists of a variety of strength and balancing exercises.

This class can be done standing or in a chair.

Stretch and Core: This class uses gentle stretches for your whole body and also incorporates core strengthening.

Tae Bo®: Kick and punch your way into a full body calorie burning workout! It’s explosive, fun, exciting and easy to follow and

makes you want to come back for more.

Total Body: This low impact upbeat aerobics class will get your body moving. This is a great workout for all levels. Strength

training may be incorporated for a total body workout.

T’ai Chi: This ancient Chinese practice is famous for enhancing muscle strength, joint flexibility and balance. It produces a greater

sense of well-being, relaxation and focus and is easy to learn and practice anywhere. All levels welcome!

Women on Weights: This class is designed for a woman interested in strength training but really isn’t sure where to begin. The

class will aid in increasing strength, increasing bone density and make activities of daily living easier.

Yoga I: This class uses various poses to increase strength and flexibility. Yoga class is also great at decreasing stress and increasing

relaxation. Try this slightly “amped up” version of gentle stretches, breathing techniques, supported postures, and meditation.

Yoga Fusion: A practice of long held hatha poses with alignment and breath followed by a mindful flow of interconnecting postures. Class ends with a meditative shavasana. Zumba®: This is an exciting fusion of Latin and International music and dance styles to create an energizing and fun aerobic

workout! Exercise in disguise! *Monday and Friday at 10:45 is a lower intensity Zumba class.

Zumba Gold®: Enjoy the International music styles of Zumba, but at a lower intensity option.

Aqua Body Works: A combination of stretching aerobic toning and strengthening to improve your whole body health. Aqua Boot Camp: Structured explanatory exercises that work the core, different muscle groups and improving cardio aerobic energy. Aqua Fitness: Want to get a great workout without stressing your joints? Classes combine heart-pumping aerobics with strength training using various equipment. Water shoes are recommended, but not required. Aqua Mix: A mix of kickboxing, strength, interval and boot camp style format with a combination of different exercise. Aqua Tababta: A timed interval training consisting of strength, cardio and stretching using all kinds of equipment. Aqua Yoga: An effective practice that adapts traditional Yoga postures to an aquatic environment. With less stress on the joints, you may can use the water’s resistance to build strength, achieve a greater range of motion & increase muscle flexibility. FINN Class: A workout class using fins and to work the legs and core and getting cardio in by swimming laps. Lite Water Aerobics: Start your day off with light water aerobics with an easy aerobics with stretching & strength training. Rhythm & Moves:A total body workout in the warm water. Work on new moves while dancing to the “Oldies but Goodies” songs, with focus on gentle Cardio moves interwoven with balance and strength training. This class is geared towards beginners and intermediates, with primary goals of safety, fun and comradery. Twinges: Class is intended for those individuals who suffer from arthritis or other range of motion & joint pain. Exercises help relieve pain & stiffness, concentrating on range of motion & flexibility. Twinges PLUS- A whole-body exercise class incorporating cardio, vascular moves to music and exercises geared to improve strength flexibility and balance.
