I hereby move to amend 2013 -- S 718 SUBSTITUTE A, entitled "AN ACT RELATING TO STATE

AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION", as follows:

1. On page 1, line 1, by deleting the language "Sections 42-64-1.1, 42-64-8, 42-64-9.9, and 42-64-31" and by

inserting in place thereof the language "Section 42-64-1.1".

2. On page 1, line 2, by deleting the word "are" and by inserting in place thereof the word "is".


3. On page 1, line 18, by inserting the following language after line 18:

"(d) Nothing in this act shall be construed to change or modify any contracts or agreements of any kind by,

for, between, or to which the economic development corporation is a party. All said contracts and agreements of
