YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTIONOur monthly magazine presents to you a selection of the best offers we can find both as a retail agent acting on behalf of the cruiselines and those we have put together as a tour operator.

Offers on pages 17 and 25 are full packages offered by the cruise lines, for which we act as an agent, and their terms and conditions of booking apply. We offer protection under our ABTA Bond (J1693) in respect of our solvency.

Other offers include packages we have put together, for which we hold an ATOL licence No: 6153 for your protection. Jetline Travel’s terms and conditions of booking apply.

In some cases we have found the most convenient and best priced flight arrangements are with low cost airlines such as Easyjet, BMI Baby, Flybe, and Jet 2. In these instances we have illustrated the total cost of these holidays to include the current flight cost, but you would book the flight directly with the flight operator, and their terms and conditions of booking would apply. For your convenience, and with your consent, we can book direct flights on your behalf using your credit or debit card details. The airfare element of these offers cannot be covered by our ATOL protection. Such offers appear on pages 21/23/27/29.

Cruise Industry NewsOnce again the cruise lines are working hard to win your bookings with ever more innovations , enhancements and improvements to their ships and programmes. One of the hardest things they are working at are late booking prices for this Summer. Call us now if you want to cruise this Summer as prices are changing daily and deals are emerging all the time – check out our latest ones for P&O on page 25 and Royal Caribbean on page 23. If it is a late bargain fly cruise you are after then book as soon as you can – unlike cruise prices – flight prices are constantly going up. The World Awaits the New Cunarder - Linley Artwork to be a Major Feature on Queen Elizabeth

Cunard ships, while among the most modern afloat, are known for their traditional luxury, accentuated by extensive use of brass, classic fabrics, marble and highly polished woods. One challenge for Queen

Elizabeth’s designers was how to treat the significant central space on the sweeping staircase in the ship’s soaring Grand Lobby.

Cunard’s President and Managing Director, Peter Shanks, says: “We needed to fill that space with something which would not just be dramatic but which would also reflect our emphasis on traditional materials. After much thought, it was decided to commission a 5.6 metre (18 ft 6 in) high marquetry panel depicting the original Queen Elizabeth, an Art Deco icon, using a variety of natural woods from around the world’.

“Once we had decided on the theme and the medium, it didn’t take us long to conclude that no-one was better qualified for this work than the company of the exceptional craftsman Viscount David Linley (nephew to Her Majesty The Queen), whose creative ability and mastery of wood is renowned”. As a result, Linley, a company specialising in the design and manufacture of fine furniture and marquetry was commissioned to design and make this stunning centre piece at the heart of the ship.

The magnificent artwork spans 2 decks and shows the port bow of the original Queen Elizabeth seen dramatically from sea level. The piece is intricately executed using the technique of marquetry inlay in nine different types of wood veneers and was revealed at a glittering event at Viscount Linley’s London showroom last night.

Allure of the Seas set to entice cruisers with Distinct Features and Experiences

3-D Movie Screens, Trendy Retail Stores and New Dining Offerings aboard Royal Caribbean’s Newest Ship.

When she debuts this December 2010, Royal Caribbean International’s Allure of the Seas will bring a refreshing new array of features and amenities to the high seas as the world’s next largest and most innovative cruise ship. Following the announcement of Chicago: The Musical as the ship’s signature Broadway production, Royal Caribbean is sharing the next of several new onboard amenities that will surprise and delight Allure of the Seas’ guests.

“Allure of the Seas will offer guests a new set of onboard amenities and entertainment and dining options that will help make a most memorable holiday,” said Lisa Bauer, senior vice president, Hotel Operations, Royal Caribbean International. “Though Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas are sister ships, each ship’s distinctive onboard experience will offer guests a wide selection of choices that appeals to every age and lifestyle. Throughout, guests will also enjoy the Royal treatment, delivered by every member of our world-renowned friendly and engaging staff and crew.”

Among the features being introduced aboard Allure of the Seas will include a 3-D Movie Screen. The phenomenon of 3-D movies adds a new dimension to Entertainment Place, thanks to specially equipped 3-D screens in the ship’s Amber Theatre. Following suit, Royal Caribbean’s popular Freedom of the Seas and Liberty of the Seas, as well as sister-ship Oasis of the Seas, also will be equipped with

3-D technology as soon as January 2011.

Combining the best of classic Mexican beach bars and Southern California’s famed taquerias, Rita’s Cantina will be a vibrant new restaurant in the Boardwalk neighborhood. Adults and kids alike will enjoy some of their favourite Mexican fare, such as shrimp ceviche tostadas, warm tortilla chips with salsa and fiesta guacamole, as well as entrées, such as fajitas, fish tacos and Chipotle-style flautas. The more casual setting will be a favorite lunch, snack or dinner spot for guests seeking a flavorful fiesta aboard Allure of the Seas. Rita’s Cantina also will boast some of the best and widest selection of margaritas at sea, offering both authentic and signature concoctions mixed with a choice from the extensive list of quality tequilas, served on the rocks or frozen in a variety of fruit-flavor combinations. In addition, Rita Cantina will introduce new nightlife to Boardwalk with live guitar music, drinks and dancing. Rita’s Cantina’s design will include large open breeze ways and an outdoor seating area complete with high top tables and stools, and will be located in place of Seafood Shack aboard Oasis of the Seas.

Also new to Boardwalk’s dynamic and engaging scene will be The Boardwalk Dog House, an outdoor hot-dog speciality counter located where the doughnut shop is on Oasis of the Seas. Guests can choose from traditional hot dogs, wieners, brats, sausages and other delicious linked meats and a variety of toppings to split a long bun. The Donut Shop will remain on Boardwalk in a new location next to the Ice Cream Shoppe.

One of the world’s most recognizable fashion apparel companies, GUESS, also will debut its first flagship store at sea this December in Allure of the Seas’ Royal Promenade neighborhood. Guests will enjoy the latest stylish handbags, wallets, watches, shoes, jewellery, eyewear and perfumes in one of the largest GUESS accessory stores. The GUESS Accessory boutique will be located in place of Focus Photo Shop on deck six.

Guests also will enjoy new complimentary onboard conveniences, such as guest services kiosks in the Royal Promenade where guests can instantly view, print or e-mail their SeaPass folio or their personal calendar, or check-in and print airline boarding passes. Each stateroom aboard Allure of the Seas also will be equipped with an Apple Ipod dock for guests to set their own personal ambience.

Allure of the Seas will share the title of the world’s largest and most revolutionary cruise ship with sister-ship Oasis of the Seas. An architectural marvel at sea, she will span 16 decks, encompass 225,282 gross registered tons, carry 5,400 guests at double occupancy, and feature 2,700 staterooms. Allure of the Seas will tout Royal Caribbean’s exclusive neighborhood concept of seven distinct themed areas, which will include Central Park, Boardwalk, the Royal Promenade, the Pool and Sports Zone, Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Centre, Entertainment Place and Youth Zone. The ship will alternate a Western Caribbean with an Eastern Caribbean seven-night itinerary from her home port of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale.

“We’re pleased that in this challenging economic environment, the order for these new

ships is a testament to the confidence in the growth potential of the Princess brand”

ALAN BUCkELEW, PRESIDENT AND CEO OF PRINCESS CRUISES.

Princess Cruises has announced that contracts to build two 3,600-passenger ships have been finalized with Italy’s Fincantieri shipyard

The new ships - which each will have an all-in cost of approximately €155,000 per lower berth - are scheduled to enter service in spring 2013 and spring 2014. At an

estimated 141,000 tons, the as-yet-unnamed ships will be the largest in the Princess Cruises fleet. The ships’ design will be evolutionary, in keeping with the themes of the line’s newest vessels, but with some new features and innovations. For example, all outside cabins will feature balconies, bringing the percentage of balconies on the ships to 80 percent of all staterooms. The company’s signature Piazza - the ship’s central atrium featuring dining, entertainment and retail - will be expanded, as will the popular Sanctuary, spa, and restaurants.

“We’re pleased that in this challenging economic environment, the order for these new ships is a testament to the confidence in the growth potential of the Princess brand,” said Alan Buckelew, president and CEO of Princess Cruises. “These new ships will include the features from our newest ships that have been so well received, and take them to the next level,” he added. Giuseppe Bono, chief executive officer of Fincantieri, said, “We are grateful for this vote of confidence in Fincantieri. We are proud to have met the requirements of Princess Cruises, one of Carnival’s most prestigious brands, with an innovative design both from a technical and architectural point of view.” Specific amenities and design elements for the new ships will be revealed over the coming months.

After your Cruise Holidayis Booked!Firstly, and most importantly, a massive Congratulations on

booking your cruise holiday with Jetline Cruise. Below is some handy information to let you know what happens next.

Whether it’s your first foray into the world of life onboard a ship, or you’re a seasoned cruiser, it’s fundamental that

you are 100% clear on the next steps, what to expect and when.

Administration processes have moved on recently in the cruise industry and the process of ticketing and getting on your cruise ship has changed. In this feature we aim to explain these changes to you and what happens after you book and before you board your cruise.

In many cases cruise lines now encourage future passengers to look up their booking on the cruise line website (on line) using their cruise line booking reference number. This allows you to research lots of information about your cruise before you travel and to complete lots of necessary information required before joining your cruise ship. A number of cruise lines are now using this as a preferred method, or in some cases the only method to get cruise documentation to you rather than sending out your tickets by post. This does help in speeding up the process and ensures that you are not waiting by the letterbox for days!

DEPOSITS & BALANCESAt the time of booking your Cruise Specialist will confirm to you if a full balance or a deposit is required. Deposits will vary according to the make-up of your cruise holiday. The amount of deposit is greatly affected by the airfare (see airfare section below). Usually if you are booking more than 12 weeks before departure only a deposit is required. If you are due to travel within 12 weeks then the balance needs to be paid. This can be done by cheque, credit card or direct debit card. Please call 0844 3511 571 (10am-6pm Mon – Fri) to pay your balance by card. Unfortunately if we have

not received cleared funds at least 8 weeks before departure then the booking is automatically cancelled and any deposits paid will be lost.

AIRFARESIn these ever changing times we have consistently experienced increases in airfares through rising fuel costs, fluctuating exchange rates and increases in tax. We want to protect you against this. In order to secure the lowest possible airfare - fixed at a set price we often have to pay the full fare at the time of booking and so this would be required as part of your deposit. This does give you full peace of mind that your holiday cost is not going to increase and we will not have to request more money from you after you have booked.

TICKETSThese days tickets don’t really exist anymore as everything is processed on line. If we do have tickets they are usually sent out 1 or 2 weeks before departure. In most cases you can access your cruise tickets on line (see grid opposite). Airline tickets are now also referred to as E-tickets and can also be printed off on line as can hotel vouchers. If you do not have access to the internet or an e-mail account – let us know so that we can get all documentation to you in time and assist you in preparing for your cruise.

CRUISE LUGGAGE LABELSIf tickets are printed off online – you may ask what happens with luggage labels for your cruise. Please refer to the grid opposite to find out how to obtain self adhesive luggage labels. These must be attached to your luggage ready for arrival at the port and for the porters to collect your luggage at the kerbside and deliver your cases to your stateroom. In most cases these can be ordered on line and sent to you directly by the cruise line in the post before you travel.

PASSPORT DETAILSQuite often at the time of booking – many people do not have passport details to hand, plus with all the excitement of booking your cruise holiday sometimes this information is not accurately recorded. Therefore after booking your cruise it is necessary to give your cruise line correct and full passport information and next of kin details. This must be done before you travel and once again can easily be done on line. Please see the grid opposite for when this needs to be done by. Please let us know if you do not have access to the internet so that we can do this for you.

TIPSOften referred to as Gratuities or Service Charges. In most cases these are discretionary and are an extra charge not part of the your holiday cost we have booked for you. The grid opposite explains what the expected daily amount is per person travelling - this is usually paid in total on the last day of your cruise. Some cruise lines automatically add this to your on board account – you can amend this amount if you wish by visiting the purser’s desk on board. Others will supply envelopes in your cabin for you to pay manually on board by inserting cash and then you can give to the people who have served you well on board-such as your table waiter and cabin steward. Some cruise lines (such as Azamara Club cruises) make tips compulsory to be prepaid at the time of booking. Others (such as Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises) will make them compulsory to gain access to special on board credit offers and my time freedom dining. (NB: If tips are compulsory or prepaid – the amount cannot be amended and they are not discretionary). When purchasing drinks on board any ship with any cruise line - a tip is automatically added to the cost of each drink. Please refer to the grid opposite which explains the daily amount and how these are paid by each cruise line.

EXCURSIONS:These can also be researched and booked on line before you cruise. This allows you to thoroughly plan your cruise and not miss out on the important bits you may want to see at each port of call. Popular excursions will get booked up quickly and you may miss out as there is a limit to the numbers the cruise line can carry – so it is best to book online for the ones you really want to do. Please refer to the grid above to see who these can be booked and paid for before you cruise. NB: for cruise lines where you pay on line for your excursions – these cannot usually be cancelled.

FLIGHT LUGGAGE ALLOWANCESAll airlines have recently tightened up their basic FREE luggage allowances included in the fare and that is restricting your FREE checked baggage to one item of around 20-23Kg per passenger (check what this is at the time of booking). In addition to this you can take hand luggage - some airlines limit this to 6kg such as Virgin Atlantic. Others such as American Airlines may limit this to a specific size (i.e.: what can fit under the seat in front of you). The exceptions to this are low cost airlines such as Easyjet and internal flights within the USA not booked as part of your Trans-Atlantic flight. Whenever we base our prices on low cost airlines such as Easyjet we include the additional basic

pre-booked luggage charge in the cost. In the case of Easyjet this is £10 pp each way for 1 item of 20kg. If there are internal flights in the USA that are not part of your Trans-Atlantic flight the fare DOES NOT include any free checked baggage but does include generous hand luggage of around 15kg plus a personal item. If you exceed the allowed weight then you will be charged heftily at the check in desk. Therefore it is important to check on your luggage allowances before you travel and assess if you need more. You can pre-book extra items on most airlines - in some cases this could be an extra bag up to 20kg for $30.

Other airlines such as Easyjet - you can prebook extra Kilos at the time of booking for £7 per Kilo instead of £10 at the check in desk. One thing to combat this is to pack sparingly, weigh your cases before you go and carry heavy items such as books and cameras in your coat pockets or hands. Also your luggage is likely to be heavier on the way home – with the all the bargains you have purchased on holiday. Bridgetown, BarBadosAlthough Barbados gained its independence from the British in 1966, the island maintains a distinctly British flavour. From British products such as chocolate and china to the national pastime, cricket, the British influence is evident throughout Barbados.

Castries, st LuCiaSt Lucia has been part of the British Commonwealth since 1803. Prior to that is was often occupied by the French, as is evident by much of the island’s culture. Castries, the main port of call in St Lucia, offers a colourful local market and great shopping. The surrounding area offers lush rain forests, striking waterfalls, beautiful beaches and Sulphur Springs – the world’s only drive-through volcano.

st Johns, antiguaThe first settlement on the island we now know as Antigua was not established until the 1600s, when English settlers arrived on the island. Antigua remained a part of the British Commonwealth until its independence in 1981. Today, Antigua is a popular holiday destination, attracting tourists with its ideal climate, 366 beautiful beaches and leisurely lifestyle.

oranJestad, aruBaIn 1499, Spain claimed Aruba but did little to cultivate it, deciding the island lacked attractive resources. After a long war with the Netherlands, Spain relinquished Aruba to the Dutch in 1642. Colon, PanamaSet along the clear waters of the Caribbean coast, this province has a wide variety of attractions, from beautiful beaches to fascinating historical sites.

Puerto limon, Costa riCaChristopher Columbus named it the ‘Rich Coast’ (Costa Rica), which is understandable when you experience its lush and stunning scenery, where rainforest meets jungle beside a gloriously warm ocean. Founded in 1870, Puerto Limon was used for exporting bananas and grain. Today it is the perfect place to relax and watch the exotic birds flit from palm tree to palm tree.

Willemstad, CuraCaoCuracao is the largest of six islands that comprise the Netherlands Antilles. It gained autonomy from the Netherlands in 1954, but the Dutch influence is still very visible in Willemstad’s architecture and culture. With the growth of the oil industry in Curacao in the early 20th century, workers and their families came to the island from more than 50 countries, providing for a varied and vibrant population.

Cartagena, ColumbiaLocated on Columbia’s Caribbean coast, the historic city of Cartagena is almost completely surrounded by lagoons and bays and still girded by the 17th century fortifications that protected gold and treasures bound for Spain. There is such a huge selection of itineraries and destinations available in the Caribbean,

on a range of cruiselines, why not speak to one of our Cruise Specialists now on 0800 082 2157 to find the cruise that’s right for you, your holiday starts here!

The best way to truly see America is from the broad windows of an Amtrak passenger rail car and when you book one

of Jetline’s cruise and rail packages you can really maximise your holiday experience. Recline in your private roomette

or admire the view and mingle with other passengers in the open cars to enjoy scenes of the USA not seen by any

other means of transportation. Plus FULL BOARD is included for convenience and to save holiday spending money!

Travel in comfort and experience the kind of journey only a train can offer. Take in American life in busy and remote regions of the USA. See children waving from front porches, moose drinking from pristine

mountain streams, surfers along the Pacific Coast, cattle grazing under an open sky, picnics and baseball in the mid-west, black bears near Glacier National Park. Church steeples and flags greet you on the Atlantic shore between Philadelphia and Boston. In the West, California’s Napa Valley and orchards beckon photographers and invite you to stop for a visit.

Amtrak trains take you directly to the centre of America’s best loved cities, including Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. Sleep in comfortable onboard accommodations as you cross the nation east to west through Glacier National Park or north to south along the winding Pacific and Atlantic Coasts. When you arise, enjoy continental or American breakfast on the train. Make friends over a glass of wine and dine on regional specialties like catfish and Mississippi Mud cake.

PRIVATE ROOMETTESYour roomette accommodation is small - the clue is in the name. Literally is it a cabin with a window for you to sleep in where they convert the beds into recliner seats during the day. There is not quite

enough room to “swing a cat “ in them and the size can vary on each service where some include an ensuite WC and wash basin. The WC is in the true meaning of the word “water closet”. Bathroom facilities are available at the ends of each carriage. We recommend you pack a small overnight bag for your train journey. Your main luggage is stored in a separate luggage car away from your roomette. If you have a connecting train (such as in Chicago) – your main luggage will automatically be transferred and you will only have to carry your hand luggage.

Lake Shore Limited Chicago - Cleveland - Albany - New York/BostonThe Lake Shore Limited follows some of the nation’s most beautiful shorelines, combining scenic beauty with interesting history. Traversing the shores of Lake Michigan, Lake Erie, the Erie Canal, the Mohawk River, the Finger Lakes and the Berkshires, it splits in Albany offering alternate routes to either Boston or New York. The variety of landscapes and waterways that make this trip so beautiful and memorable punctuate the skylines of either city at journey’s end within blocks of the Atlantic Ocean.

CreSCent New York - Philadelphia - Washington, DC - Atlanta - New OrleansBetween the front door of America’s Eastern Seaboard, Amtrak’s famous Northeast Corridor, and the equally well-known delights of America’s Most Interesting City, New Orleans, lays the authentic gateway to the American South and its living history. From twinkling Northeast cityscapes to shining Blue Ridge foothills to “new South” cities like Charlotte, Atlanta and Birmingham to the Deep South and its shimmering, subtropical Louisiana swamp country – the Crescent shoots for its namesake moon and hits the stars as well. See the bombast of Broadway, the rich Civil War history of the South and the magic of the “Crescent City.” The Crescent takes you on a journey through the Northeast cityscapes, shining Blue Ridge foothills, historic Civil War battlefields, the heart of the American South and the shimmering Louisiana bayou country.

Hi Jane

My wife and I recently came back from a Far East Diamond Princess cruise (Beijing stay - cruise - Bangkok stay). The holiday was wonderful in all aspects and was particularly helped by the excellent arrangements made by Jetlinecruise.

We would particularly like to commend the travel/tour guides who looked after us during our holiday: Gary in Beijing was very good and Joe in Bangkok, ably supported by Heart and Vanda looked after our every need and were most attentive and accommodating. Our time in Beijing and Bangkok was made most memorable and enjoyable through their personable attention, organisation and local knowledge. We also had an enforced stay of 10 extra days in Bangkok due to the Icelandic volcano ash cloud. Joe was particularly supportive and effective in this emergency situation He arranged for us to stay on at the Bangkok hotel and worked diligently with the airlines to get everyone in the party (30 people) successfully re-booked on return flights. We were so impressed with the holiday and our experience of traveling with Jetline that since our return in April we have booked another cruise-stay holiday package with Jetlinecruise for next year.

Many thanks and best regards

Greg and Marlene

Dear Jetline

Having just returned from an amazing cruise holiday onboard Navigator of the Seas, I felt I had to sit down for 5 minutes and drop a quick line to let you know how delighted I have been with the expertise and service which I experienced through booking with Jetline.

From my first phone call through to my return home, thanks to the team I have enjoyed the holiday of a lifetime, from being advised which ship would best suit, through to cabin type, itinerary, flights and a post-cruise stay hotel accommodation, I really couldn’t have asked for more.

As a first time cruiser, I was completely clueless as to where to start and was lucky to be met with such patience and knowledge as to be steered in the right direction in every possible way.

I’ve eagerly joined your Cruise & Save loyalty scheme and will be saving my points towards enjoying an airport lounge next time I make a booking – because I most definitely will be cruising through Jetline again – AND I will most certainly be recommending you to all my friends and family.

Many thanks again and kind regards

Catherine, Surrey

Congratulations again to Nelda, our Roving Reporter, who will be sailing onboard Norwegian Cruiseline’s Epic later this

month. We’ve set her some little tasks, and of course, she will be reporting back on her experience so we would like to wish her an amazing holiday and look forward to hearing all about it next month!

5 FULL CARIBBEAN CRUISES16-17 Night Fly-Cruises on Celebrity Constellation

We found these bargains on the fabulous 5 celebrity Constellation. We were attracted to these Caribbean cruises not only by the low price but also because they were full 14 night Caribbean cruises without a return to Florida in the middle – limiting the islands visited. These itineraries are more extensive than most taking in the Big 3 of St Lucia, Barbados and Antigua. Plus there are some great gems thrown in such as Rural Bonaire – superb for back to nature genteel Kayaking for all ages or the cobbled streets of St Thomas where the shopping is the best of all Caribbean Islands.Celebrity Constellation has a very modern and chic style. There are some great features such as the Ocean Liners restaurant with its panelled walls and classic surroundings reminiscent of Ocean Liners from years gone by and the tranquil leafy conservatory with its floral displays.

MEDITERRANEAN SPECIALS12 Night Fly-Cruises on Celebrity Century

We feel these itineraries some of the best Med cruises we have seen packing lots in with just 3 days at sea during a 12 night cruise and at such a low price. Opt for West & East Med to gain a wider experience of the variety a Med cruise has to offer. Or the Venetian Visit incorporating the best of Italy with an overnight visit to our favourite Med port of call – Venice! This mid sized ship was recently refurbished in 2006 combining traditional cruising with a contemporary twist. Generally when walking around this ship there seems to be more space than most and there are a great range of facilities on board too. Such as the Martini Bar with its frozen ice counter top, the Sushi café & the Sunset Bar at the back of the ship – perfect for sail away parties. Look out for the Persian Garden spa with it’s café and choose from 3 big evening entertainment venues Hemisphere’s Lounge, The Crystal Room and the Celebrity Theatre.

LATE BARGAIN HOLIDAYS

ON THE ORIGINAL RCI SOVEREIGN OF THE SEAS

EXCLUSIVE BARGAIN MED CRUISES

ALL INCLUSIVE MED CRUISES7 Night Holidays with Pullmantur Sovereign

These cruises are truly excellent value for money when you consider what is included on one of our favourite ships. These prices include all of your drinks on board as well return flights from London, full board, entertainment and facilities – which really helps you to budget for you holiday and have a great party at low cost.

Pullmantur is big in Spain with a huge following – particularly since all cruises include drinks! Jetline Cruise is one of the few cruise specialists who feature this cruise line and we have had huge numbers of our members giving the company lots of praise. They are the Spanish subsidiary of Royal Caribbean international where only Spanish and English is spoken on board. The Sovereign (extensively refurbished in Dec 2004) entered service in 1988 as part of the Royal Caribbean International fleet. This ship was the largest afloat at the time and revolutionary in its design and range of facilities on board which lead the way for the big ships of today not only for the Royal Caribbean fleet but for all modern cruise liners. The central atrium is impressive with its glass elevators, there are some great entertainment venues including two large entertainment lounges and a theatre. The casino will also keep you occupied at night. There is a wrap around outdoor teak deck for some serious promenading under the stars and choose from formal dining in the main dining room, convenient & extensive buffet dining upstairs adjacent to the pool or in one of the pay for restaurants.

This cruise has just been reduced and includes ports of call at Boston and Quebec plus 2 nights in New York. Cunard Queen Mary 2 attracts a wide variety of people from a wide age range. The reason for is that the Queen Mary 2 offers outstanding service (delivered in a way only a historic name like Cunard can), great food, lots of space and an excellent range of facilities on a ship which is sure to impress friends and family. Plus all this is really suited to the British holiday maker be it: afternoon tea served in the Ballroom, Fish & Chips in the Golden Lion Pub, Roast Beef and Yorkshire pudding in the Carvery, a quick curry after the nightclub or late night cocktails in the Commodore Club. There are lots of eating choices on board – most at no extra charge – definitely order room service. We also recommend the Canyon Ranch Spa for the thermal spa pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation lounge with floor to ceiling windows.

For many in their 40’s Hawaii initially conjures up images of Magnum PI and red Ferraris. For those in their 50’s Steve Garret and Hawaii Five O are frantically canoeing though the surf, whilst 60 somethings may think of Elvis in his film Blue Hawaii and Rockahula. Most though - think of exotic Hula girls, Lei Garlands, swaying palms and magnificent sunsets. Perhaps visit Pearl Harbour and the Arizona monument and take a stroll along Waikiki beach on Oahu. Visit the pineapple plantations of Maui, the Wailua Falls and Nawiliwili harbour of Kauai and a Volcano adventure on the Big Island. Or simply have a Luau – an Hawaiian version of a BBQ but much more colourful and fun! These cruises save you the extra flying time and jet lag that one would normally have to undertake from Los Angeles to Hawaii. Instead the Queen Victoria takes you there with 4 days of relaxation either side of the Islands.

CUNARD HAWAII & LAS VEGASFly from London to Las Vegas for 3 night hotel stay. Then fly to Los Angeles on the morning of your cruise and board Queen Victoria for 14 nights to Hilo – Honolulu (Oahu) – Nawiliwili – Lahaina (Maui) – Ensenada (Mexico) – Los Angeles. Fly home overnight.
