No Position Oracle HRMS Techno- Functional Resource As per Qualification and Experience No IT/1 1 Information Security Administrator As per Qualification and Experience IT/2 1 Grade Qualification and Experience *Qualification , Experience: • Bachelor Degree in computer science or Information Technology with minimum hands on experience of 5 years, of which 2 years in a similar position. • Diploma Degree in computer science or Information Technology with minimum hands on Experi- ence of 7 years, of which 4 years in a similar position. • Candidate must have strong practical functional and technical experience of HRMS implementation. • Must be having strong PL/SQL job experience. *Main Responsibilities: • Provide support to Oracle HRMS modules such as Recruitment, Payroll, Self Service, Learning and Development, Performance Management modules • Provide business analysis and object programming expertise within an assigned business unit / area in the analysis, design, and development of business applications • Responsible in conducting business requirements study, analyzing business needs, prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and designed, code, test, debug, and document programs • Involved in new modules requirements gathering and finalization • Responsible for any customization required in core HRMS system. *Qualification , Experience: • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field with minimum hands on experience of 5 years, of which 2 years in a similar position. • Diploma in Computer Science or related field with minimum hands on experience of 7 years, of which 4 years in a similar position. • Professional certifications CISA / CISSP / ISO 27001 LI or LA / CISM /CEH is Preferable • Proven ability to lead a progressive IT Security & Risk Team *Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of PASI information assets Securing all information system resources from accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure • Conduct risk assessment; propose mitigation and remediation strategies with cost-benefit analyses, and alternatives • Conduct security reviews on Information security projects, Design security solutions for new systems and applications • Maintain Information Security Risk Management Annual Cycle • Design, Discuss and Implement the IT Security Architecture • Ensures Information Security Awareness for all PASI sta� by coordinating with external government bodies and internal resources If you are interested in any of the positions above, please send your resume to ([email protected]) by 15th September 2015.
