Expectations and Essential Duties Management of all Collection Accounting Processes, Procedures, Audits, and Staff. Client Remits and Invoicing clients for court cost and fees. Disburse Wire and ACH wire packets Completion of client audits Monitoring Accounts Receivable Maintaining and creating Accounting SOPs Implementing client works standards Meeting all client and Firm compliance and work standards. Reconciling and maintaining all trust account records for internal and audit purposes. Assigned special accounting projects and assist other non-accounting projects Make recommendations to CFO regarding accounting controls and policies Identify areas of opportunity internally and pro-actively address them individually o with other Executives, Management, or Supervisors. Assist other Executives, as needed, with achieving and surpassing goals Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. Communicates regularly with CFO about Department Issues Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Maintain a professional rapport with Firm clients and staff An experienced, trustworthy leader and executive with appropriate experience
