How does this service work?

1.  A recruiter paste the link of a job to Joberate.com to request a proposal; alternatively a contract can be made to post a package of positions.

2.  Joberate produces a unique proposal ‘campaign plan’ for the job. The proposal is tailor-made for each position, depending on its area, industry, target group etc. A conversation with the recruiter may be needed sometimes.

3.  Recruiter approves the proposal. The job ad will be published by Joberate in the selected channels in the targeted country or region.

4.  Recruiter receives applications from candidates directly to his/her own recruitment system.

5.  Recruiter gets access to real time statistics demonstrating what channels were the most relevant and had brought the most qualified candidates.

Customer testimonial: LEWIS PR

"Joberate  took  the  pain  away  of  having  to  source  and  access  a  wide  range  of  appropriate  jobs  boards  for  our  vacancies.  The  seamless  service  made  it  so  easy  to  place  the  advert  on  all  the  relevant  sites,  leading  to  an  increase  in  applica6ons  for  the  role.

I  will  definitely  be  using  the  service  again.“
