INTRODUCTION TO THE RT OF DOWSINGbyHarold Gera1d Estep

    A. WH T IS DOWSING . HOW IS IT ACCOMPLISHED?1 . To Dowse i s to sea rch f o r f ind) a spec i f i c something (such asan underground s t ream o f water ; a minera l depos i t - such as gold , s i1 - _ver o r other) us ing spec i f i c devices and techniques . The Art o f Dowsingworks beyond the Five Senses .

    B. THE PROB BLE GENESIS OR ORIGIN OF DOWSING:1 . We be l i eve t ha t dowsing da tes to Man's ea r l i e s t days on ea r t h .2 . We be l i eve t ha t dowsing i s a God-given capab i l i t y , which al lowedman to surv ive in what must have been a very h o s t i l e environment , andto survive as a species (Homo Sapiens) ; fo r , through dowsing he could

    f ind water , food and she1te r , and o ther th ings necessary fo r s u rv iva l .3o Whether e a r l i e s t man used dowsing rods , o r dev ice less dowsingi s prob1emat ica l . There i s proof , however, t ha t as e a r ly as thePle i s tocene Per iod , he used both the "Y" Rod, and the "Bobber ."c. EARLIEST PROOF OF THE USE OF DOWSING:

    1 . In the CroMagnon caves in Spain, t he re i s a t l ~ s t one cavedrawing which depic t s a person ho ld ing a "Y" rod a t the ready; and,in the CroMagnon caves in the Atlas mountains o f North Afr ica , nearT b l i s i , the re i s a cave drawing showing a person with a "Bobber" {or"Wand") a t the ready - fo r dowsing.2 . According to Archaeologis t s , the CroMagnon per iod da tes backsome 40,000 to 50,000 years - o r perhaps fu r the r .3 . Also, the re i s evidence t ha t dowsing was prac t iced in China andin many othe r a reas o f the world, from very ea r l y t imes .D. WH T H S SLOWED THE ACCEPTANCE OF DOWSING (As a Viable Means fo rFinding That Which We Seek)?

    1 . t appears t ha t use o f dowsing was slowed with the coming o f theChr i s t i a n Era . The Catho l ic h ie ra rchy was aware o f the f ac t t ha t dows ing worked "Beyond the Five Senses . THE OR NUR EXPERIMENT

    What i s the hardest th ing of a l l ?That which seems the eas i e s tFor your eyes t o see ,That which l i e s before your eyes . Goethe

    by KL RK KENT

Nuclear technology of dea th from the t r i b e of Eins te in , Oppenheimer,Sakharov and Tel le r was deployed in the de s e r t in Ju ly of ~ a tAlamogordo, New Mexico. Within two years of the advent of t h i sr ea l i za t i on of the death formula E = M C ~ , the l i v ing planet Earthwas being reconnoi tered by unknown numbers of a l i e ns whose or i g i ns ,purposes and i n t en t s remain a mystery. Whether as guardians , brothe rs ,preda to rs , scavangers , pa ras i t e s , landlords or foemen - the spacec rea tu res have been observed (a long with t he i r c r a f t ) cont inous lys ince the beginning of atomic explos ions on Ear th .Not proving ( the re i s no proof ) a causal re la t ionship between atomicexplos ions on Earth and the advent of UFO s igh t ings , the co inc iden ta lre la t ionship i s t he r e . t i s proved t ha t atomic explos ions begin tooccur in Ju ly of 1945. I t i s proved t ha t repor t s of observat ions off ly ing saucers and o ther UFOs are being received in unprecedentednumbers by the au t hor i t i e s commencing no l a t e r tha{l June of 1947.

Let ' s look a t an exper iment which had as i t s goal the re la t ionshipbetween the l i v ing energy of l i f e and the nuclear technology of dea th .To possib ly u t i l i z e the e f fec t s of Orgone Energy upon the humanorganism as an ant idote to nuclear r a d i a t i on s ickness was obstensib lythe goal of the Oranur Experiment. (Oranur: Orgone Anti Nuclear ) . INTHIS ARTICLE, THE UTHOR IMPLIES NO HEALING OR BENEFICAL EFFECT ORPROPERTIES FROM ORGONE ENERGY, ORGONE ENERGY CCUMUL TORS OR DEVICES.FOR HISTORICAL ND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY IS THE STORY OF THEOR NUR EXPERIMENT BEING TOLD.Friday, January 5, 1951: Wilhelm Reich M.D. puts one mil l igram ofpure radium ins ide a 20 l aye r Orgone Energy Accumulator. For f ivehours the radium remains ins ide the l i f e energy charging device .During the next seven days the process i s repeated for one hour perday; the one mil l igram of pure radium i s placed ins ide the 20 l aye rOrgone Accumulator. On Friday, January 12, the radium was removed fromthe Orgone charging device a f t e r only one ha l f hour and the exper imentwas s toppedt was on the l a s t day of the experiment t ha t the most dramat ic e f f ec toccured. The observers were ou t s ide the s t uden t ' s l abora to ry where themetal l i ned Orgone Room housing the powerful 20 l aye r Orgone EnergyAccumulator was l oca ted . While one exper imental mil l igram of pureradium served as a con t ro l and was kept fa r away in an unused bui ld ingon Reich 's 280 acre farm; the other mil l igram of pure radium wasplaced i n s ide the l i f e energy charg ing device . We must remember t ha tt he re was a war going on, the Korean War, and Reich and h i s assoc ia te swere conduct ing t h i s research par t l y in response to the t h rea t of anuclear conf l i c t demanding some so r t of ant idote to rad ia t ion

Thebackground of r ad ioac t iv i ty with in an Orgone Accumulator measured witha por tab le SU-S Tracer lab Survey Meter , type 6CS, was 40 - 70 cpm. Inother words, with no nuc lea r mate r ia l p resent , the concent ra t ion ofLife Energy with in a charging device caused the Geiger Counter to givea higher reading; about 40 % h igher .Once the Oranur Experiment had s t a r t ed ; once the concen tra ted LifeEnergy had been exposed to the rad ioac t ive nuclear mater i a l - thebackground count a t Reich ' s l abora tory climbed to approx. 80 ~ andwould not immediate ly subs ide even when the nuclear mater i a l wasremoved from the Orgone Accumulator. The r ad ioac t iv i ty of a one mil l ig ram un i t of radium had beenca l i b ra t ed a t 16,000 cpm (8 .3 Roentgens per hour) . This was done inew York City , away from the highly charged atmosphere of Reich ' sse tup near Rangeley, Maine. The two uni t s of Radium a r r ived on Jan . S,19Sl and immediate ly they were measured unshie lded a t one cen t imete rdis tance and gave a reading of 2S4,760 cpm in the highly chargedatmosphere near the var ious Orgone Accumulators. One mil l ig ram un i twas secured as a cont ro l and not exposed fur ther to the charg inge f f ec t of the Orgone devices . The other mil l ig ram was placed i n s idethe 20 layer Orgone Accumulator in the metal l ined Orgone Room in thes tudents l abora tory . While the radium was with in the charg ing device ,accura te measurement was not poss ib le because the ins t rum ent , the SU-SSurvey Meter would e i the r race r igh t of f the sca le or go completelydead. Away from the a c t ive exper iment , the ins t rument resumed normalopera t ion .The f a t e fu l Friday, January 12 - again the mi l l ig ram of pure radium i s

The experiment was s topped in t ha t the rad ioac t ive mater i a l was nolonger p laced ins ide the Life Energy charging device . The e f f ec t s fromthe experiment cont inued and they i n t ens i f i ed . t was qu i t e unbearableto be near any Orgone Accumulator on the premisis . I t was as i f theOranur e f f ec t had spread and a f fec ted a l l of the Life Energy chargingdevices loca ted a t Reich s ex tensive labora to ry comprising two la rgeand severa l smal ler bu i ld ings . All of the Orgone devices exhib i tedexhorbi tan t ly high Geiger Counter readings and produced symptoms ofr a d i a t i on s ickness in nearby observers . A la rge batch of 30exper imenta l mice died from exposure to th i s Orgone Anti Nucleare f f ec t even though the mice were never phys ica l ly close to ~ n y nuclearmater ia l . Thorough autopsies on the mice revealed a leukemia l i keblood p ic tu re . The reac t ion seemed to be se l f sus ta in ing and wasspreading . In response to the sever i ty of the Oranur e f fec t , a l l ofthe Orgone Accumulators were phys ica l ly dismant led and the i r componentpar t s were separa ted . The metal l ined Orgone Room was dismant led . Thismeasure of turn ing of f the Orgone Accumulators ( there i s no switch toan Orgone device) ; t h i s dismant l ing of the Orgone devices seemed toreduce the background counts of r ad i oac t i v i t y from t he i r l e ve l s of 80cpm and above. I t was not iced t ha t reassembling even one Orgonecharging device would immediately cause the background r a d i a t i onmeasurements to approximately double . The exper imental radium wassecured with in i t s 1/2 l ead s h i e ld and placed i n s ide a 4 s t e e l andconcre te sa fe located in a small wooden bui ld ing soma dis tance fromthe main l abora tory . What had been learned from t h i s experiment? Bas ica l ly , the presenceof a stong concent ra t ion of Orgone Energy seems to ampli fy and magnifythe rad ia t ion from a nuclear source . The New York Times reported onFebuary 3, 1951 of an Atomic Energy Co.mmission announcement of anincrease in background rad ia t ion comprising an area of 600 miles inrad ius with i t s approximate center loca ted Northern New England. I t i sl i ke ly t ha t Reich s Oranur Experiment with one mil l igram of radium hada f fec ted an area of 1,130,900 square miles .On Apr i l 15, Reich dec ided to check on the exper imental one mil l igramof radium which was still housed in i t s 1/2 l ead sh ie ld ins ide the 4th ick s t e e l and concre te sa fe . At a dis tance of 40 cen t imete r s fromthe sa fe wall the reading was a f an ta s t i c 20,000 cpm on the SU-5Survey meter . Reich was f ea r fu l of the radium and the cont inuingOranur e f fec t . He placed a group of mice in a cage qui te near the safehousing the radium and wai ted for severa l days. The exper imental miceremained in perfec t hea l th even though the rad ia t ion counts wereabnormally high. I t was as i f the Oranur e f f ec t had changed and was nolonger harmful even though the Geiger counter gave high readings . NowReich made a dar ing move t ha t was to y ie ld a r i ch harvest of newknowledge: e opens the safe and takes a measurement of the i n t e r i o rspace ins ide the safe the reading i s over 100,000 cpm. He removedthe mil l igram of radium from the s tee l and concre te sa fe and rushed itto the main l abora tory . Here he measured it with the big and sens i t i ve4096 Tracer lab Autosca le r with a counter tube of a mica windowth ickness of 2 .3 m g c m ~ as opposed to the SU-5 Survey Meter with i t scounter tube of a mica window th ickness of 30 m g c m ~ w a l l th ickness .(This means the 4096 Autoscaler was approx ten t imes more sens i t i vethan the SU-5 Survey Meter) At a dis tance of one cent imeter with nosh ie ld ing the mil l igram of radium gave a reading of only 30,000 cpmTo expla in t h i s puzz l ing observa t ion it was s lowly rea l ized t h a t the4 s t e e l and concrete safe ac ted as an Orgone Accumulator i t s e l f dueto i t s l ayer ing of s tee l and the organic mater i a l of concre te .

The electron discharge plate stack i s powered by a5,000 vol t t ransformer driven by 120 V C house current . The high voltage deliveredto the plates i s controlable downward by means o a rheostat in the circui t del iv ering power to the primary side o the transformer. The physical design of the pla tes consis ts of a ci rcu lar disc of thin s ta inlesssteel which i s sandwiched between two thicker die lec t r ic discs. Two holes direc t lyopposite each other are dr i l led near the edges of the pla te . The laminated sta inless s tee l disc between the two die lec t r ic discs i s of smaller diameter and posi t ioned within the sandwich so that one edge i s in contact with one hole, whilethe opposi te edge of the metal i s a calculated distance from the opposing hole. This construction allows only one hole to have di rect elec t r ica l access (contact)with the laminated metal. These pla tes are then f i t ted with grommet spacers a t theholes to provide a precise uniform air-gap spacing between the plates when assembled n a stack and secured with long bol t s through the holes to provide r ig ids t ab i l i ty to the stack of pla tes and a means of elec t r ica l delivery to the sandwiched s ta inless s tee l discs . In assembly of the plate stack the elec t r ica l contac t holes (with the s tee l laminate) are positioned al ternate ly l e f t and r ight sothat every other one i s in e lec t r i ca l contact with the securing bolt on one sideand the al ternate plates are in e lec t r i ca l contact with the opposite securing bol t .

When the two bol t s are hooked up to the two high voltage transformer leads, wenow have a combination air -gap/die lec t r ic capaci tor which discharges a uniformflow of electrons between the pla tes each time the polari ty i s reversed at s ixtytimes per second. The equipment I have been using incorporates a ra ther high tech ceramic die lec t -r ic mater ia l , formulated and patented by the inventor , which re s i s t s electron im pact erosion and a t the same time provides unique die lec t r ic propert ies to allowfor a uniform flow of electrons between the plates in the form of a cold (non arcing)electron plasma, which normally cannot be achieved except in a vacuum tube.

With the electron generator I have seen a wide var ie ty of ra ther spectacularreversals of in jury and disease in man and beast . A few of the healings occured af te r conventionalmedical offerings had fa i led .

Among these heal ings there have been ins tan t reversa ls of shingles {herpes zoster)and sus tained reversal of post herpetic neuralgia in cases that were progressedbeyond the act ive vi r a l s tage . There have been, complete and sus tained reversal ofdiagnosed venereal herpes {th is was 12 years ago); complete and ongoing sus tainedreversal of skin cancer, medically d i ~ g n o s e d but without benef i t of conventionalt reatments; complete reversal of Hong Kong and London f lu symptoms by merely bath-ing a l l swollen lymph glands with the eff luent electron ai r ; accelerated heal ingof post surgical incis ions af te r mastectomies and other surgical procedures, withmuch l e s s pain and scar ing than would normally be expected; rapid reversal of painand accelerated heal ing of th i rd degree burns with no complications of infect ionand absolute minimum of scaring; ef f ic ient reversal of trauma re la ted gangrene inwhich necrot ic t i ssue sloughed off within 24 hours without need of surgical removal, and subsequent rapid heal ing and regeneration of in tac t viable t issues; overnightreversals of purulent staph infections without ant ibiot ics or surgical draining, both deep t i s sue {as in boi ls ) , and topical (as in dermal laceration in fect ions) .The in teres t ing thing here, and I have seen it happen many t imes, i s that onceappropr iate electron a i r exposure i s completed, there i s immediate reduction ofpain and adjacent t i ssue inf lamat ion, soon followed by reduct ion of swel l ing andt issue absorption of the now detoxif ied pus without any evidence of secondary tox-emia to the biosystem.Nov-Dec 986 JBR, Page 24

was dry. Swelling was completely subsided and the red in laaed color or the skinwas reduced to a narrow boarder adjacent to the burn les ion which now had a dryin tac t scab covering i t . For the remainder of the healing time I kept the burnlesion clean and covered to prevent reinfect ion. No other form of asepsis or ant i -bio t ics were used in th is experiment, nor had I had any exposure to any form ofant ibiot ics within eight months prior to th is incident. The burn lesion healedrapidly and the scab detatched 5 days af ter the electron a i r t reatment and therewas no permanent scaring. I t was or par t icu lar in teres t to my personal physicianthat the pus was so rapidly asimilated by the circulatory systea (7.5 hours or less)and that th is happened without any swelling or lymph nodes or other syaptoms ofsecondary toxic react ion.OBSERV TIONS and THEORIES and FTERTHOUGHTS

In the cases of open wounds and topical infect ions bacter ia l , vira l , fungal)t aight be speculated that ozone, a known germicide, could be the prime mover inthe healing. However, th is thought does not address the spectacular resul tsachieved with deep t i ssue microbial insu l t s that are not exposed to the ozone, suchas in shingles, boi ls , swollen lymph nodes, and deep t issue fungi.

Some addit ional thoughts are n order . A very in teres t ing research study wasconducted and reported n 1971 n Japan by Dr. Sutzkiyo Uozumi, Phd., a physicist ,college professor , and research consultant . In his in depth study of phenomina thattakes place within the cold electron plasma. I t was theroet ica l ly revealed throughbalanced mathmatical and chemical equations that oxygen molecules of a i r , when exposed to the dense high veloci ty electron plasma, will temporari ly form into higheratomic groupings than 02 and 03 through al tera t ions n individual atomic valences ofthe oxygen atom. Valences are the and - elec t r ica l charges that serve as the gluethat holds chemical combinations together. In the absence of high thermodynamics, aswith the cold electron plasma, oxygen i s the most susceptible molecule of the a i rgases to be effected. This leads to two in teres t ing phenomina, once the super oxygen(higher than o3 ) i s out of t h i s dense electron environment. The higher the atomicgrouping, l e t s say, 0 10 , the more aggressively the molecule seeks to return to i t snatural molecular balance, o2 In the process of th is molecular decay from 010 to 02,electrons are released randomly a t high veloci ty to land where they may. This randomly causes unexposed a i r oxygen in proximity of th i s decaying super (or , exci ted ' )oxygen to move into higher atomic groupings, from impact and attachment or thesesecondary free elec trons ,unt i l elec t r ica l (electron exchange) conditions allow t todecay back to 02 9 while impart ing more secondary free electrons to fur ther randomlandings.

Two things must be noted here. Electron attachment to a continuing succession ofoxygen molecules al ter ing them temporarily to higher than o2 groupings) aay go onand on in , the form of an electron avalanche ef fec t or, secondary electron effectThat i s , oxygen, to be al tered , does not need to pass through the cold electronplasma; t merely needs to be in proximity of an excited super oxygen molecule tobe changed. The second point to be implied here i s that the speeding free electronsreleased by a decaying excited oxygen are moving to random ta rgets . I f human oranimal f lesh i s the landing s i te , t stands to reason that the targeted t issue i sgoing to sh i f t to a noticeable negative charge. or course, the more saturate thesecondary free electron densi ty, and/or the longer the exposure i s , the more ef fec t-ive i s the t i ssue polar i ty change. nd th is seems to be where mysterious thingsbegin to happen. Invader, disease causing, microorganisms seem to die and diseasevanish. Tissue ce l l s ins tan t ly or rapidly return to normal function, with rapidhealing, and pain and toxemia and other adverse symptoms vanish But,why?

This quest ion has kept me awake for more evenings than I care to rememberNov-Dec 986 JBR, Page 26

CORE ENERGY POLARIZER This product is new for BSRF. I t is based on the Eemanrelaxation circui t but uses 6 pads instead of 4. Made ofcopper screen with a sewn nylon edge, the C.E.P. uses

    SILK-E-PADS

    BIO-PACER I I

a different way of connecting the body extremities toproduce the deep relaxation effec t . The extra pads connectto the feet where the original Eeman system jus t crossesthe feet a t the ankles. Years of research have shown theeffectiveness of th is modification of Eeman's important work.

This product is the la tes t in research on the Eeman Relaxation circui tBased on Dr. Aubrey Westlake's idea f i r s t mentioned in his book THEPATTERN OF HEALTH SILK-E-PADS use only s i lk to conduct ~ ~ o d y -energy instead of the copper wire and screen. I t took almost a yearto develope th is product to i t s present form and make i t affordable. The effect of SILK-E-PADS is smoother, deeper and more powerful thanthe systems based on copper. The JLN-100 and the BIO-PACER were so successful tha t for 1987, a newimproved version wil l be offered with a l l the features the users haveasked for . The uni t wi l l be small enough for pocket use, with batterydoor, 5 preset pulse rates, 2 power ranges so the pocket unit can beset to clear a room and the new improved antenna system that is evengentler for the user.

GOLDEN RATIO ANTENNAS A big hi t in the 1986 catalog, these p o w ~ r u l l i fe forcefocussing devices will be available in b6th gold plate andtinned copper.GOLDEN RATIO STICKERS The Golden Ratio Antennas have turned out to be so good,Tom decided to have the design mass printed on a small

4 11x4 st icker in black on yellow. These l i t t l e Borderlandresearch devices rea l ly focus some LIFE FORCE and wil l beavailable in any quantity.COLOR FILTERS Over the years, there have been many books and ar t ic les publishedon the use of colored l ight to promote or accel lera te the naturalhealing effects in the body. The one problem has been getting theproper color f i l t e r s to produce the proper colors. BSRF has nowobtained a very effective set of f i l t e rs and will s ta r t to makethem available for research along with a l l the supporting information.PENDULUMS BSRF is looking into producing a l ine of good, but inexpensive pendulums.

There will probably be a t least one solid one and one with a specimencavity. Watch for them coming soon. That 's some of what's new for the 1987 catalog. I f you have been working on a new

and are looking for a market, Tom will be glad to include i t in the catalogquali ty is high and function is effect ive. BSRF is interested in expanding intoand you may jus t have what other Associates are l o o k ~ n g for .
