The family of Les Wheeler wishes to thank everyone who supported the family during this time of mourning.
Special thanks to the 3rd floor staff at Richland Hospital for taking such good care of Les during his last days. Thanks to
Dr. Dickman for his caring, to the staff at Gunderson Hospital & Clinics for the wonderful service you
provided to him, and to Pastor Bill Busch for his many visits to the house and hospital and the beautiful funeral service. Special thanks to the David Troyer and Walter
Mazelin families for their care, food and prayers and to Mike DeWitt for his caring and lawn service. Warm hugs to those who came to help with him at the Edgewater Mobile Home Park and to the Richland Ambulance Service for your care with him as well. Special thanks and my blessings to Nina
Fields for being there as a caregiver for Grandpa’s last three weeks at home. What a difference it made having you there with me when things got difficult. Thank you to my
church family at Peace UMC for being there for us, to Loving Care for providing a wonderful meal, to Jackie Nachtigal for the cookies (what a treat for the grandchildren) and to the staff at Pratt Funeral Home for making us feel welcome and helping the family during the visitation and funeral.
Les lived a good and fun-filled life and will be missed by all who knew him.
Joan Wheeler, Jim & Kelli Wheeler, Lynda Dutz, Diane Wheeler,
