Active Shooter Training Tuesday, August 27, 2019
On Tuesday, August 27, an officer from Hedwig Village will conduct an Active Shooter Training from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Community Center. All Ushers and volunteers are encouraged to attend.

FTCM - Fall 2019The Formation Toward Christian Ministry (FTCM) pro-gram offers basic theology and spiritual develop-ment to Catholic adults who want to deepen their commitment to Jesus and more fully answer their baptismal call to service as a mature disciple.
The entire program consists of nine courses and three Days of Reflection, typically arranged in 3 se-mesters.
St. Cecilia is offering the entire third semester (Mo-rality, Church History 1, Church History 2, and the Day of Reflection on Missionary Spirituality)

Training Sessions for NEW Altar Servers have been
Scheduled During the Summer
Altar Servers are boys and girls age 10 and older who assist the priest and the deacon at Mass by carrying the cross and candles, holding the book, and assisting at the Altar Table. Candidates for this ministry must be 10 years old at the time of the training and have cel-ebrated their First Holy Communion, attend a training
session, and commit to serving when scheduled.
Training will be held on Thursday, August 1 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. More information about Altar Servers

Sesiones de Entrenamiento para NUEVOS Monaguillos
Los monaguillos son niños y niñas mayores de 9 años que ayudan al sacerdote y al diácono en la Misa cargando la cruz y las velas, sosteniendo el libro y ayudando en el altar. Los candidatos para este minis-terio deben de ser mayores de 9 años de edad al mo-mento de la capacitación y haber celebrado su Pri-mera Comunión, asistir a una sesión de capacitación y comprometerse a servir cuando se programe.
