Attendee Profile

Today’s battlefield is not the battlefield of old, for conventional war is a thing of the past. As you well know, this has put the lion’s share of the strategic military responsibility squarely on the shoulders of special operations. Now, SOCOM is not only responsible for their requirements but they are also taking responsibility for our partner nations contributing to the growing insurgency from the likes of ISIL, AQAP, AL-NURSA, Iran and others.

The issue that our Special Operations forces are running into now is how ‘Industry is not listening.” What our Special Operators now need is a forum where they can convey they’re real time requirements, and have that translate into meaningful RFQ’s that meet every requirement.

As a result we are going to Fort Bragg, the home of Army Special Operations for IDGA’s Special Operations Summit and Warfighter Exhibition. IDGA will be specifically gathering the key stakeholders directly overseeing the requirements of USASOC.
