The design of the San Diego Community Bank should promote a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment, while enhancing connection to the community. Natural materials will be used throughout the space in order to integrate the indoor and outdoor environment. The color scheme is warm and inviting with splashes of color that not only create visual interest but also serve as wayfinging and movement.

Residential design: seattle loft
The design of the Seattle loft is urban sophisticated with contemporary minimalistic features. The two full length window walls allow for ample natural daylight, which creates a soothing natural atmosphere with in the space. The open floor plan allow for flexability and the outdoor patio forms a relxaing oasis space.

The informed design for Landstuhl’s Children Physical Care Center will endeavor to create energetic solutions, inviting the community into a space dedicated to educating, comforting, and creating smiles with youthful charm and warmth. The built environment will use advanced wayfinging systems to create an ease of use. Finally, the space will be infused with a fresh perspective for Landstuhl, welcoming highly collaborative staff culture, rapidly changing technologies, and socially responsible practices.
