    Kapap Tactical Pen SeminarSeries

According to Major Avi Nardia, the co-founder of Modern

Kapap, the best self defense weapon to have is the one

you have when you need it. In this regard, a functional

pen that actually works, increases the likelihood of an

Executive or a student having it with you when the need

    arises.

Using the solidly built MTech Xtreme Tactical Pen,

participants learn how to use this modern everyday tool for

both self defense, and control and restraint purposes. No

pre-requsiite is required for this workshop.

    1. Stand up Engagement

In the stand up engagement workshop, we will teach you

how to conceal your Tactical pen, deploy it fast, and use it

to defend against sudden strikes and kicks. In situations of

molestation, learn how to use the tactical pen against

specific pressure points to make your attacker regret he

ever laid his hands on you. The tactical pen is also sturdy

enough to be used to damage muscle groups, fracturebones or to break windows for escape purpose if the need

    arises.

    2. Ground Engagement

In this second seminar, we will teach you how to control,

defend and counter attack with the tactical pen from the

ground. What do you do if someone grabs you and pushes

you to the ground to sexually assault you? Or you fall to

the ground as you struggle with an assaillant? The fight

does not end there, it just started.

Using the Tactical Pen increases your chance of

dominating a ground fight and to effect an escape as soon

as possible. Learn various ways to counter strike, defend

and control your attacker even if they are bigger and

    stronger than you.

Further details (e.g. cost, features of the pen etc) on the

Kapap Tactical Pen Seminar can be found in the Appendix

    section.

The Kapap Tactical Pen Seminar Series comesbundled with the MTech Xtreme tactical pen. Ideal

self defense tool for traveling executives andstudents studying abroad.

Kapap Tactical Pen Seminar Series is one of our

    most popular self-defense programmes. Photo

    Kapap Kickboxing Boot Camp.

Our Kapap kickboxing Boot Camp combines effective selfdefense techniques with state-of-the-art cardiovascularworkout. While most kickboxing programmes arestructured as an exercise regime, Kapap Kickboxing drawson a system of powerful kicks and strikes developed byformer UFC Champion Bas Rutten, and also incorporatesa strength and conditioning component to improve overallfitness.

What is so special about our strength and conditioningcomponent is that our cardiovascular workout is based onthe concept of 'Maximum interval Training'. Traditional

interval training requires one to exercise at a highly intensepace for a short period of time with longer periods of rest inbetween. Maximum Training Interval however, reversesthis principle by having you work hard for 3 minimumintervals, while separated by short 30 second periods ofrest. You will move from specially selected exercises likePlyometric Cardio Circuit, Cardio Power and Resistance,Cardio Recovery, and Balance Routine - in a total bodycircuit training using only your own body weight asresistance.

Within 4 weeks, we will change your body, improve yourspeed, increase your strength and improve your stamina.Using minimal equipment, and with high intensity body

weight exercises, we guarantee maximum results in theshortest possible time. Whether you are an avid martialartist looking to improve your conditioning, or just want toget that body you always wanted, hesitate no longer! Joinour Bootcamp and start right now!Monthly fees for Adults: 240 dollars

Catch Wrestling is arguably one of the most brutal

submission styles of grappling in existence today.

Tracing its origin from the ancient Greeks wrestling

style known as Prankation, it includes influences from

    Grecco-Roman Wrestling, Iranian Wrestling, Irish

Collar-and-Elbow Wrestling and English Catch as

Catch can style. American Catch Wrestling hasevolved to be a very aggressive full contact style that

is found in street style and no-holds barred fights.

    Traditional TKD for StreetDefense

TKD (Taekwondo) is a formidable Korean martial art

that emphasizes high kicks and fast hand techniques.

Traditional TKD which combines combat and self

defense techniques, differs from modern Sport TKD

that focuses on competition and speed. Traditional

TKD was established around 1955 in the South Korean

military by General Choi Hong Hi. Competition TKD on

the other hand was founded by Dr Kim Un Yong later

    in 1973.

While there are common areas between the two,

significant doctrinal and technical differences do exist.

For example, because Traditional TKD focuses more

on self defense, practitioners trains to attack more

aggressively to parts of bodies that are not allowed in

Sports TKD. There is also greater focus on developng

control in Traditional TKD with practitioners trained to

execute techniques at full speed but yet able to stop

ust inches of striking the target.
