1. Price : Kirloskar Electric make AC Drive panel, conforming to the technical specification furnished.

2. Price basis : Ex Works, Including packing & forwarding charges.

3. Taxes & duties : Extra at actuals, ruling at the time of despatch. However, the present rates are :

Central Excise Duty at 8.24 % and 12.5% VAT

4. Freight & insurance charges : Included.

5. Delivery : as mentioned above from the date of receipt of firm order with advance.

6. Payment terms : 50% advance with order and balance against Proforma Invoice before despatch.

7. Scope of supply : As Mentioned above.

8. Warranty : 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from the date of despatch, whichever is earlier, for any inherent manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship.

9. Validity : 30 days from the above date, after which it is subject to our confirmation in writing.
