    Q. I want to start using a night cream, but I dont know what to look forin a product. Can you help?

    A. You dont say how old you are and what your skin condition islike which is important in selecting the correct product, so I wouldrecommend you get a thorough skin analysis to ensure that you areselecting the correct product.

Night creams are no longer the thick, sticky heavy products that theyused to be and are more correctly labelled as treatment creams. Takea look at the right night cream for you on www.angelabartlett.co.ukon the newsletter page for selecting the appropriate product for yourskin type and condition.

The best night creams are light and easily absorbed andcontain a variety of active ingredients that can get to workon your skin while you sleep. Sleep plays an important partin your beauty regime, so dont just apply night cream butensure that you get a good nights sleep too as this is thetime that the body regenerates itself. Adding a few drops

of lavender oil to your pillow and sipping a chamomile teabefore bed can give you a relaxing nights sleep which willrepay you with

    Q. I am getting married this month. Can you give me sometips on wedding makeup?

    A. Congratulations! I would always recommend havinga professional makeup application for your weddingday as it will always look better and last longer than oneyou apply yourself. Be sure to have a trial run before theWedding day to be sure you get the effect you want.

If you want to do your own makeup, as most makeupartists will tell you, a waterproof mascara is a must.If you dont normally wear waterproof mascara testout several, well in advance, of your Big Day to ndone that you really like. Translucent powder is also amust have cosmetic to stop your skin looking greasyin photographs when a ash is used be sure to savesome for the Groom too!

A delicate blusher sparingly applied on the apple ofthe cheek will give a healthy glow and neutral, naturalshades are the best choice for eye shadow, no matter

what the colour scheme of your wedding. For furthertips on wedding make up application take a look at thenewsletter page at www.angelabartlett.co.uk
