Ranch & Bungalow Style The brighton is a home designed for easy access of all amenities on the first floor. The feature of this home centers around a functional island in the kitchen.
THE BRIGHTON
DESIGN PROJECT Model a 4 unit townhome with one barrier free unit. Size limit of 1700 SQ FT per unit. Units range from two to three bedroom/bath with partially underground garages and some include den space. Orchard Villas provide luxury living with a shared pool and whirlpool. Each unit has many decks to allow for private outdoor spaces.

CUSTOM POOL & WHIRLPOOL Curved stairs into the pool provide a graceful entrance and the
whirlpool provides relaxation while overlooking the garden & pool activities.
THE ASHTON
AUTOCAD TO REVIT PROJECT The ashton (created in Revit) evolved from the juniper, which was
previously created in AutoCAD. All Structural components were created from scratch including compound walls and finishes.
THE ROSELLE
RENOVATION PROJECT The goal of this project was to remodel an existing home and create barrier free living based on a proposed family scenario. As a collaboration project, we prepared an in-class presentation and drawings in Revit.

THE SIENNA
AUTOCAD LOG CABIN PROJECT The Sienna was built as a one bedroom with loft cabin. This 2nd term project was to transform our 1st term 2d plans into a 3d Model using the 3d modeling and User Coordinate System (UCS) in AutoCAD.
