KEVIN LEE

Kevin Lee has taught accounting at Loyola at the graduate, undergraduate, and executive
levels since 2009. A CPA by training, with an MBA from Northwestern University, Kevin brings
over 25 years of experience across many corporate functions, including accounting, finance,
consulting, operations and M & A roles.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Kevin serves as Vice President of Business
Development for Footprint Retail Services, where he maintains professional relationships with
Dollar General, Bayer, Sprint, Speedway and other clients. Footprint specializes in fixture
installation and end-to-end merchandising logistics services for leading retailers and brands.
Acutely aware of the needs of a complex supply chain, Kevin oversees the growth of
Footprint’s business (anything from final mile delivery, to warehousing and asset
management, to setting up client engagement training and sessions on assisted selling).
Kevin incorporates examples from his own career into his classroom sessions to make learning
come to life.

Hassan Akmal is the Director of Business Career Services at the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, where he also serves as Chair of Career Education and Adjunct faculty in the Niehoff School of Nursing. In addition to being a visionary, career thought leader, and expert in career outcomes and transformational trends in career and experiential education, Akmal has served as a Director of Career
Services at multiple locations in both New York and Southern California. Formerly Akmal was Chief Executive Officer for a global nonprofit and a Financial Advisor for UBS Financial Services, and Business Development Manager.

Kaushik Guha is founder and co-owner of HRDS Foods LLC D/B/A Hakka Bakka, which is a fast casual Indian Restaurant. Hakka Bakka started in Lincoln Park in 2015 with the goal of making Indian food more mainstream and accessible to everyone. Prior to this, Guha worked as an Economic Consultant for 7 years for leading consulting firms, like CRA International and EY engaging, on projects involving IP valuation, tax benefit
modelling, and developing IP migration strategies. After deciding to pursue his dream to be a restaurateur, Guha started his journey by completing a certificate program in Culinary Arts from Kendall College in Chicago.

Lugo launched Conciencia Ventures in 2015 to drive the sustainability of Chicago’s vital non-profit ecosystem by deepening access to collaborative spaces and the capital necessary to
build scale. Before founding Conciencia, Lugo held the role of Vice President in Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was responsible for the local implementation and communication of the global philanthropic strategy, including $15.8 million in grant-making and special project activities in Illinois and Minnesota. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Lugo held the position of Senior Development Officer at Instituto del Progreso Latino. Lugo is a member of the Nuestro Futuro: Latino Heritage Endowment Steering Committee at the Chicago Community Trust, the Chicago Council at the United Way of Metro Chicago and the Board of Directors of Chicago Run.

Gregg Lunceford, CFP, is Director, Wealth Advisor at BMO Private Bank. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to his current role, Lunceford served as a Wealth Advisor for BMO Private Bank, a Vice President in the private client group at The Northern Trust Company, an Associate in large
corporate banking and a Director in syndications group at BMO Capital Markets, and an analyst with J.P. Morgan Chase Companies. He has served on boards for Governors State University, Chicago Scholars Foundation and the March of Dimes. He previously served as Flossmoor SD161 Secretary from 2011-2013 and served as President from 2013 to 2015.

Madden works with his Millward Brown colleagues to implement custom marketing
research and consulting solutions for Fortune 500 companies, in fields of retail,
technology, finance, travel, and more. His professional focus revolves around crosstab programs and
statistical modeling.

companies, a mobile start-up, and as an independent consultant. While studying at Quinlan, she was very
