PAYMENT CONDITIONSYour order will be considered upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total value and pay for the order. An invoice will be sent by the organizer upon acceptance of this contract. The balance must be received no later than 45 days before the opening date of the exhibition. Any delay in payment will result in delay penalties amounting to 1.5 the legal interest rate

GENERAL CONDITIONSThis registration form corresponds to a formal and compul-sory contract. After approval by the organiser it is submitted to the conditions mentioned above, as well as to standard clauses. The organiser will not be responsible towards the client regarding any other representation, guarantee, particular condition or variation, be it oral or written. The contract hereby irrevocably commits the client to stand and/or package rental as detailed above and subject to availability for the duration of the International Exhibition on Water and sanitation technologies, held in NAIRObI KICC from February, 22th to 26th 2016.
