What Inspires Me To Do What I Do!

When I think about the goodness of my “Heavenly Father”,

My sincere outgoing and friendly nature allows me to interact well with others, staff members at all levels, establish good rapport with parents, students and educators, and I am able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical persons. In my Dissertation: “Diversion Programs For Youths Are Educational Cultivators Which Are Needed To Produce Changing Minds In A Changing World”. I live to change the world and leave it better than how I found it and Commit a Random Act of Kindness.

I am constantly encouraged, blessed, determined, unmovable, faithful, and honored to do HIS will!

There are many scriptures in The Old and New Testament Bible that rocks my world! In fact, all 66 books (39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament) I, will continue to be a Disciple of my Heavenly Father. However, to answer your question regarding, “What Inspires Me To Do What I DO, there is One scripture really inspires me (New Testament - St. John 15:17-19)

The Hatred of the World!

(NEW TESTAMENT - St. John 15:17-19) This is My command to you: Love One Another. If the world hates you, it is imperative that you understand that the world hated ME first. (Jesus talking to HIS children) And Yes, You Got It, The World Does Hate You, Count On It Being REAL!

If You Were Of The World, It Would Love You As Its Own! Instead, the world hates you, because YOU are NOT of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, because of this, The World Hates You.

Jesus Commands His Disciples to remember that HE was hated from the time of HIS birth to the time of HIS death.

Life is filled with choices and Every choice has consequences. If you want to be “loved” by the world, YOU Need To Do What The World Does.

Thank God often that Christ is in your life and that he will never leave you (New Testament, Hebrews 13:5). You can know on the basis of HIS promise that Christ lives in you and that you have eternal life from the very moment you invited HIM in.

I am blessed and humble and so grateful that In the BIBLE, “Vessel” means a person that GOD uses.

God created us for a Purpose. Each person was created according to God's Plan and Purpose.

MY HANDS, MY HEART, MY SOUL AND MY MIND, AND DR. MAYA ANGELOU PARAPHRASED, “WHEN YOU LEARN, YOU, WILLINGLY EDUCATE SOMEBODY ELSE!” Every person’s learning is dependent upon the knowledge of others. To be an Educator is to accept a new and increased accountability, and that accountability is the privilege and price of both attaining wisdom and passing wisdom to others. Educating is more than instruction. Alfred North Whitehead once remarked that true education involves an exposure to greatness, and such greatness may be found in many places. Knowledge of subject matter is not enough, we have all endured educators who were well versed in their subject, but who could not relate to students on their level.

Good educators are interested in students as individuals. Be concerned with the quality of student work and give sincere praise when it is merited.

Today, knowledge is considered the most strategically important resource and learning the most strategically important capability for business organizations.

Knowledge is not static and what is innovative knowledge today will ultimately become the core knowledge of tomorrow.

A sense of humor is absolutely essential. Never play favorites; be impartial. Class control must exist and strictness is acceptable, but not rigid.

Educators who are successful will observe students in various situations, in class and out and speak to students wherever they meet.

Educators also collect and check all work done by students, make constructive comments and return the work to the students as soon as possible.

Educators find special opportunities for students of different abilities and interests to perform and achieve.

Educators keep students informed as to their progress and achievements, but do not rely upon grades as the chief motivational device.

Students will work hard at something in which they have an interest. Results will improve the students interest is created, attracted, and aroused.

Develop mutually beneficial alliances with other stakeholders and by providing a broad continuum of services-empowering students to become self-sufficient, productive citizens of the community.

Advantages of small group learning allows students: to bring their own experience to the learning process, students take more responsibility for their own learning, encourages active learning rather than passive listening, topics are covered in greater depth and diversity it tasks are divided, provides a “safer” environment than large lectures, uses reflective learning to deal with the issues of group dynamics, students learn from each other’s demonstrations, examples, insights, opinions and errors, students develop interpersonal communication skills, such as listening, collaborating and dealing with conflict, allows for mixing of students of different genders, backgrounds, learning styles, ages or cultures, and reflects the collaborative work students many encounter after graduation.

I f you try to train yourself or perform on your own, your sinful nature will surely trip you up. You must draw deeper into the Lord while responding to His leading in obedience. My relationship with God resulted in HIS Wisdom, Understanding, and Discernment far exceeding anything I could do on my own or that the world could offer.

"Discipleship" is designed to not only help you grow in your faith, but also experience more of Christ while allowing Christ to express more of HIS life through you in Ministry and Service.

Mission and Background: In 1997, Organizers from around The State began discussing The Need To Revitalize Community Organizing by establishing a Adult Caring Home for our Youths ages 18 – 25 . A survey was conducted that dramatically revealed the strong need and interest from around Ohio in forming an Organization to Support Community Organizing. Based on the overwhelming response, Organizing for America Glorious Days was established. Originally Housed and Guided By The Grassroots Leadership Development Program in Dayton, OH. What We Believe! Organizing for America Glorious Days, INC believes that all Social, Political, Economic, Environmental, and Community Policies should be developed with input and contributions by the People who are directly and/or indirectly impacted by such policies. All Public, Semi-Public and Private Institutions serving the Public and Officials must be held accountable and responsive to the People served. The Vehicle for this Strong Voice should be The Organization of Democratic, Republican, and Independent Organizations that can speak collectively while Developing and ensuring Indigenous Leadership.
