KMB is developing a new premium, boutique mixed-use real estate model in the heart of Bangalore on 3.5 acres of land already acquired.
Development will include premium residential towers, deluxe furnishing residential accommodation for discerning CXO’s, a “bridge to luxury” shopping, leisure and entertainment centre that will anchor the project, enhance value and optimise future yields.
The boutique retail environment will innovate use of space and provide an enriching, comfortable shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Within the retail centre a new store experience will be launched, focused on fashion, accessories and lifestyle in the ‘superior brand’ position targeting upper level, value conscious, aspirational, Indian consumers.
The first project in Bangalore will establish the KMB brand and lead to future projects in select micro-markets within major cities pan India.

RAMESH BULCHANDANICHAIRMAN, KMB GROUP
Ramesh Bulchandani is an engineer from RV college,
Bangalore, specializing in Mechanical Engineering &
holds an MBA Finance from SP Jain Institute of
Management and Research, Mumbai. His grandfather,
Dr. Kishinchand M Bulchandani, along with his sons
pioneered real estate development in Mumbai in the
1950’s from Khar to Marine Drive. He also founded the
National Hospital (Now Hinduja National Hospital) &
National Sarvodaya School, both in Mumbai. KMB is
named after Dr. Kishinchand M Bulchandani.
Ramesh started his career in real estate with a residential apartment project in Thane &
diversified into fashion accessories by founding the well known brand Bulchee, now sold
in India and the Middle East through well-known departmental stores & premium retail
outlets. It is this intimate relationship with retail and real-estate communities that
Ramesh brings to the table. His heritage and experience makes mixed-use real estate
development a personal mission with a passion to design products for discerning
customers, delivered punctually to the highest world class quality standards.
KUMAR KOTIANGROUP MANAGER - FINANCE
Kumar Kotian, a post graduate in financial management from Mumbai University, has 23 years of extensive experience across the gamut of Marketing and Project Finance. Kumar looks after the Strategic Financial Planning, Working Capital Management, Cost Control, Budgeting and Project Financing activities.
A target and achievement oriented professional with an ability to take up challenges and perform in changing work environs. Manifesting strong leadership and team building skills, while motivating and monitoring the finance and accounts teams reporting from various units and locations, Kumar has been with Atlas Brands since 1995.
SHOBNAHR & LEGAL
Shobna has been with KMB Group since July 2005. Shobna has around eleven years of legal experience in the real estate industry, handling various facets of law with specific experience in handling cases under civil and criminal administration. She is responsible for the legal aspects of the commercial and residential projects, properties under lease and also provides legal support in
Corporate Services.
Prior to this, she was working with Citihome (a Citibank Associate), Housing loan division as Assistant Manager – Operations, where her responsibilities included end-to-end legal charge of various residential projects, due diligence of properties for loan disbursement and assisting legal risk assessment of transactions.

NITYN BULCHANDANIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND BRAND MANAGEMENT
A graduate of St Stephen’s, Delhi in Computer Science and Mathematics, Nityn R Bulchandani brings a fresh perspective to KMB. His experience with Elucido Media Networks , a silicon valley start up, has equipped him well to deal with modern tools of marketing.
His Personal passion in leading Karnataka in the Junior Basketball Nationals brings a team player and future leader to the frontiers of our business development. Nityn leads business development at KMB, and is also responsible for Retail Business Development for Bulchee , Ufficio and Valkyrie.
MADHULIKHA UMAPATHYMANAGER – VISUAL COMMUNICATION
Madhulikha comes from a family of artists and is a graphic designer with 7 years of design experience working in multiple areas of design – Branding, Packaging Design, Collateral Design and Concept Development. Holding a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore, she has a wide range of experience working with diverse sectors in retail, FMCG, Apparel,
Food & Beverage, Real estate and Hospitality.
She started her entrepreneurial journey working as an idea & design partner with Socho Design & Consulting. In 2012, she organized & co-hosted the Global Sustainability Jam 2012, Bangalore chapter. She is passionate about photography, arts, sustainability & travelling. Her wide-spread travels enable her designs to be dynamic and versatile.
VIJAY S CVICE PRESIDENT – PROJECTS
Vijay S C, an engineering graduate with 35 years of professional experience in actively handling techno commercial and managerial activities including business development, marketing, project implementation, execution and commissioning on an all-India basis. He is instrumental in the sourcing of Indian and global partnerships, funding agencies, consultancies and
contractors, management information system, project finance, manpower and machinery sourcing and deployment, finance management, supply management, general management and government relations.
He has been responsible for the growth of the company from a Rs. 200 million to a Rs. 1500 million annual turnover in a decade with landmark projects in the power and water sectors. He completed the execution of projects worth Rs. 600 million annually in his previous assignment and is well-respected in the water management circles in the public sector.
ETHIRAJDGM - PROJECTS
An MBA and an electrical engineer, Ethiraj has a fair exposure in hospitality services, project services and design and management of facilities. His exposure, through Jones Lang LaSalle, with premier IT clients have contributed to enhance the awareness on safety and environmental consciousness while delivering cost effective solutions.
Ethiraj has executed several projects leading the MEP scope to international standards and brings his experience in procurement, design co-ordination and facility management to KMB.
