Preliminary conclusions:• Under the conditions of this study,
stripe rust was not observed on a highly resistant variety (Yr18 + Yr36), and yield loss was minimal on an MR variety (Yr18),
• fungicide is effective on susceptible cultivars, but time of application is very important, and this will vary with environment and seeding date,

Preliminary conclusions:• generally the best control was achieved when
fungicide was applied during flowering,• a single well-timed fungicide application was
equally effective to control stripe rust and improve yield as three applications, and
• yield benefits of fungicide application were as much as 46% on a stripe rust susceptible variety.
