Aerial geophysics using the magnetic and electromagnetic methods. PROJECT STATUS EXPLORATION 2016 EXPLORATION PROGRAM Geological mapping. Rock and soil geochemistry. Aerial geophysics. The area contains outcroppings of Cuchilla batholith, which is made up of plutonic rocks from La Bonita and Rosa Florida, which extend in a NE-SW direction. These intrusive rocks have been metamorphosed and are from the Jurassic age; they are located along the eastern flank of the North Royal Andes Cordillera, which extends NE into Colombian territory. The La Bonita project is located in the Jurassic magmatic arc that is discontinuously exposed along the western side of South America. The project and its concessions are located approximately 150 km to the south of the Mocoa Deposit in Colombia. This project has been partially defined, having identified metamor- phic biotite gneiss, granodiorite with biotite porphyroblasts of up to 1.5 cm in the areas studied. Locally, we have found gabbro, genesis and hornblende sequences intruded by diorite and granodiorite, including what is known as the Plutón of Rosa Florida. Possible Cu Au porphyry related to diorites intruding granodiorites with mainly NW-SE structural control of the mineralization. Minera- lization in veinlets with Qz and CPy, Py, Covellite, Chalcocite, and Malachite spotty formations. Outcroppings >30m with quartz- Sericite-Pyrite alteration and severe oxidization. Se han promovido procesos continuos de cooperación con la autoridad municipal del cantón La Bonita y las comunidades del área de influencia en aspectos ambientales, sociales y comunicacionales para el desarrollo de las actividades mineras; además de contribuir en el impulso de iniciativas locales para el desarrollo de proyectos en el ámbito de la producción.

Exploración a detalle (1:10.000) en cuatro (4) áreas específicas de la concesión Rosa Florida.Muestreo de suelos por cumbres en la concesión Rosa Florida, 724 muestras recolectadas, de las cuales existen 210 muestras con resultados.Se ha programado realizar estudios de geofísica aerotransportada sobre la concesión Rosa Florida, La Chispa y parte de La Bonita.Levantamiento Geológico 1:10.000 en la concesión Rosa Florida.Geofísica aérea por método magnético y electro magnético.

ESTATUS PROYECTO

En la zona aflora el batolito de Cuchilla, que está constituido por rocas plutónicas de los cuerpos de La Bonita y Rosa Florida, que se extienden con dirección NE-SW, estas rocas intrusivas se hallan metamorfizadas y tienen una edad Jurasica, se localizan a lo largo del flanco oriental Norte de la Cordillera Real de los Andes, que se prolonga hacia el NE en territorio Colombiano. El proyecto La Bonita se halla dentro del arco magmático Jurásico que está expuesto de manera discontinua en la margen occidental de América del Sur. El proyecto y sus concesiones se ubican aproximadamente a 150 Km al sur del depósito Mocoa en Colombia.

Este proyecto está parcialmente definida, identificando ebn las zonas estudiadas rocas metamórficas tipo ortogneis biotíticos, granodioritas con porfiroblastos de biotita hasta 1,5 cm. Encontra-mos localmente gabros, geneis y horblenditas, etas secuencias son intruidas por dioritas y granodioritas como el denominado Plutón de Rosa Florida. Posible pórifido Cu Au relacionado a dioritas intruyendo a granodioritas con control estructural principal NW – SE de la mineralización. Mineralización en vetillas de Qz con CPy, Py, Covelina, Calcosina y, malaquita en forma de parches. Afloramien-tos >30m con Alteración cuarzo-Sericita-Piritas y fuerte oxidación

ACCESODesde Quito hacia Lago Agrio, por vía aérea (0h50 min aproximadamente) o por vía terrestre 4h45 min (264 km), de allí se toma la vía primaria hasta Rosa Florida en dirección occidental (2h00 min), por último se sigue por una carretera de segundo orden hasta La Bonita (2h30 min).

GEOGRAFÍAEl Proyecto está ubicado en las estribaciones de la Cordillera Oriental de los Andes. Se encuentra en altitudes que fluctúan entre los 1.400 y 3.500 msnm.

CLIMAC

Las concesiones del proyecto se ubican en la parte este de la cordillera Real, donde el clima es de semipáramo; su temperatura fluctúa de 10 a 13°C. La pluviosidad anual promedio es aproximadamente 1120mm.

En los años 90, las empresas Ecuasaxon S. A., All Metals S. A y Minera Australiana S. A., detectaron zonas anomálicas de Au y Cu en la parte sur del proyecto.Los títulos de concesión, que se emitieron en febrero del 2013, estiman tres áreas: La Chispa, La Bonita y Rosa Florida, los cuales se inscribieron notarialmente hasta el 1 de junio de 2013.

POTENCIAL GEOLÓGICOA lo largo del Río Chingual se evidencia oro grueso en batea, adicionalmente se observa un sistema estructu-ral extensivo y de compresión para la búsqueda de posibles depósitos como el Pórfido de Mocoa, 150 Km al Noreste (SILLITOE et al.,1984) o el depósito “El Encanto” localizado en este mismo trend estructural al SW del Proyecto La Bonita.Definido en cuanto a la geoquímica de sedimentos fluviales, suelos y rocas, presenta anomalías de interés de elementos de Au, Cu, Mo, Pb, Zn en sectores dentro de las concesiones. Los resultados relevantes del muestreo de rocas indican valores como:
