I was Made redundant from this position with a settlement payment as due to unforeseen circumstances it was a case of “last one in first one out”
(2013 – 2014)PROJECT MANAGERDATUM MONITORINGEmployed to complete a project for an interface with network rail system and provide a full working platform for all company’s on one rail project to see all live statistics about the site and communicate with other workers.
The timeline for this was 18 months. Completed and signed off within 11 Months.
(2010 – 2013)SENIOR WEB DEVELOPERSHOP DIRECT GROUPPart of the clearance division of Shop Direct creating and maintaining stand-alone ecommerce solutions and 3rd party stores including Rakuten & eBay. Implemented new brand to Bargain Crazy and all of the bricks and mortar stores re-branded to The Outlet.
During this period I took a break to pursue a personal venture but returned to the same position after this project was abandoned.

GRENADE DESIGN LIMITEDSelf-employed web designer. Business grew from a desk at home to full retail store in Rhyl. With 100’s of satisfied client I never needed to invest in advertising as my work and the word of mouth about the service I provided was enough to ensure constant client base.
This is where I developed most of my skills as I started with very basic technology’s and out of the box web design software’s and the more complicated the demand became I had to adapt and learn new technologies to provide the outstanding value and service that I offered.
This business was closed in line with my divorce from an ex-partner to relocate. The site remains open and I still help all my old clients in my spare time when they need it which does not take up much of my time at all.
