This program is conducted over four x 3.5 hours live online sessions, equipping leaders with the tools and skills to recognise and address the different ways people respond to change and help them to embrace it.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Explore why change is vitally important

• Learn the neuroscience behind the way people respond to change

• Discover the emo�onal drivers of behaviour during change

• Explore the six competencies essen�al for leading people through change with emo�onal intelligence

• Complete an Emo�onal Intelligence 180° assessment

• Use a simple framework to recognise the four responses to change and respond with Emo�onal Intelligence

• Build proac�ve strategies to help people work through resistance and embrace change

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The programme will be delivered and assessed using a combina�on of:

• Virtual instructor led remote online training sessions for a total of 14 hours • GENOS 180 Emo�onal Intelligence survey – self and by team members

• Leaders, managers, supervisors and team leads• Execu�ves interested in refreshing their leadership skills

ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS

DURATION: 2 Months

FEES:Member : RM1,800 (excluding 6% SST)Non Member : RM2,200 (excluding 6% SST)

Includes virtual facilita�on fee for remote online training, Genos 180 Emo�onal Intelligence survey and personalized development ac�on plan toolkit reports and cer�ficate of par�cipa�on.

AWARDUpon successful comple�on of the programme, par�cipants will receive a cer�ficate of par�cipa�on from Crackerjack, Genos Interna�onal and MIM.

Four Interac�ve Live-Online Sessions:

Conducted over four x 3.5 hours highly interac�ve virtual instructor-lead workshops, each module involves inspira�onal con-tent from the latest science on change, emo�onal intelligence and leadership effec�veness.

Emo�onal Intelligence Assessment

Par�cipants will take part in the Genos Emo�onal Intelligence Assessment and receive a digital report. This mul�-rater assessment provides feedback on how well a par�cipant demon-strates emo�onal intelli-gence.

Our facilitator led discus-sions, prac�cal tools and techniques and breakout room prac�ce-based ac�vi�es is a powerful combina�on of content, ac�vi�es, skill-building and applica�on.

MARK JOHNSON

Mark Johnson is a highly experienced and engaging facilitator and leads Genos Interna�onal’s programme design.

Mark started his career studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Newcastle University and gaining commercial experience as a sales account manager. He progressed through his sales career holding posi�ons in sales management and general management, leading a team of over seventy people.

Mark has a passion for people and learning leading to a transi�on to a large global consul�ng firm in 1997, and building a successful career over the last 23 years, specialising in sales, leadership and culture. He most recently held a Senior Director posi�on and headed the Leadership and Management Prac�ce of a leading global consul�ng firm.

Over the last 25 years he has gained qualifica�ons in many assessments and instruments including Genos, MSCEIT, iWam, SPQ Gold, HBDI, DiSC, MBTI and TMS. He is also a Master Prac��oner of neurolinguis�c programming.

Mark has a wealth of experience across many industry sectors including banking and finance, manufacturing, energy and resources, pharmaceu�cal, u�li�es and hospitality. He has designed and lead ini�a�ves in sales, leadership, culture and change both locally and around the world, including a leadership and culture change program delivered to over 6000 frontline, mid-level, senior and c-suite leaders on five con�nents. He has worked with leadership teams in 25 countries and has a reputa�on for his ability to have a las�ng impact at all levels from frontline to C-suite.

On a personal note, Mark is a dedicated family man and is passionate about classic Italian cars and motorcycles, photography and guitar.
