Cross Country
On Friday 22nd March our school
held the annual Cross Country
Colour Run. K-2 had loads of fun at
school, while students 8yrs and
above competed at Jeffery Park.
The first 8 students from each age
group will represent the school at
the Zone Carnival on Friday 3rd
May.
Harmony Day
On Thursday March 21 our school
recognised Harmony Day. Students
wore orange and participated in a
range of activities around the
theme– Everyone Belongs.
Kindergarten won a competition
with Clever Patch which provided
them with some wonderful craft
activities to complete on the day.
State Swimming
Representative
Good luck and congratulations to
Zarhn W who will be representing
the Hunter Region at the State
Swimming Carnival next week.
Zarhn is competing in the
Butterfly, Individual Medley and
Breaststroke events. Go Zarhn!
World Down Syndrome Day
We also recognised World Down
Syndrome Day on March 21.
Students were encouraged to wear
odd socks for the day. We saw some
bright and wonderful combinations!
Thank you to everyone for

ranging from $2 - $10.
Our uniform is looking great in the playground but if you still need a few things, please come
and see our lovely volunteers in the canteen. Our school shirts and school jackets can be pre-
ordered with payment through the canteen (correct money would be appreciated) on Monday
and Wednesday mornings between 9am – 10am. Our shirt price is $23, while our jacket price
is $34 and school hats can be purchased for $14.
A new canteen menu with a change in prices will be sent home today with the school
