Screen or paper?

Word processors and desktop publishing packages present information on paper. Presentation software and web pages present it on screen.

Choose the best software for the job

In the next activity you will be given a task, and you have to decide which software you will use to complete the task.

First of all you will decide which software features you will need to use, and then you must decide which piece of software – word processor, desktop publishing package or presentation package – is best for the job.
