How to Download the Core Software

from the Website

This product contains a Software DVD that is used to install the

software onto your PC or Mac. If your computer does not have

a DVD drive, you can download the same software included on

the Software DVD to your computer from our website.

Please follow these instructions only if you do not have a DVD

drive and therefore need to download the software.

• The other DVD’s and CD’s in the product are NOT available

for download from our website.

• The Software DVD is NOT available for an iPad, iPhone,

Smartphone, orTablet.

• The MP3 Audio CD does contain music files that you can

transfer to a MP3 player. Please see the PDF instructions on

the MP3 Audio CD.

Process OverviewThe following is an overview of steps for registering the software,

downloading, installing and activating the software.

Step AOpen the website address that is specified on the disk holder.

The registration screen (Step 1) needs

to be completed before the download

is available.

The License Key will be registered to

the email address you provide.

A new License Activation Key will be

emailed to you and your email address

is required for installing the software.

Step BLocate the license key on the front of the disk holder.

• The license key can contain letters and numbers that look similar.

• Please notice the number Zero has a slash, otherwise it is the letter

“o”.

• Please notice the letter “i” is in lower case.

• Please notice the number One will have a mark at the top “1”, otherwise it is the letter “L”

Enter your license key, name and email and then select Access Download.

Step C

Step DThe Activation License Key is displayed and is needed for activating the

installed software. Please Edit/Copy this number, write it down or make

sure you received the registration email with the same information for

use in the Activation process.

Download the installation software by clicking on the link in the

web browser.

Select SAVE when downloading the file. The method to Save

may be different depending on your web browser.

You also received the same links to download in the

registration email. The links in the email are good for 24

hours, so please download the installation file before the link

expires. If the link has expired, please see the last page of

this document.

Step F - WindowsLocate the downloaded file and double-click it to start the installation.

Accept the defaults to install the program

Step F – Mac OSXLocate the downloaded file and double-click it to open the installation folder.

Drag the Instant Immersion icon to the Applications folder

Step G

After the installation is complete, please start the program.

Select the Levels 1, 2 & 3 folder in the Start menu.

Select the icon on your desktop.

Option A - Windows:

Select the Instant Immersion icon in the Applications Folder.

Mac OSX:

The first time the program is started, it will require activation.

Please use the License key from Step D (not the license key on

the white sticker).

This step will communicate with our server to confirm the

license information. Depending on your Firewall configuration,

it may try to block this process. Please temporarily disable your

firewall if you receive a message about activation failure.

Step I

The Main Menu of the program is displayed once the

Activation process is complete.

The individual content for the TN – TT Levels has not been

download to your computer. The content is downloaded the

first time you start the Level and requires Internet access.

The content download can take 1 – 5 minutes per Level. You

can start each Level now to download the content or wait until

you need to use the Level.

If you need to install the software on another computer, you can open the

registration email on the other computer or access the download link on the

website.

Multiple Computer Installation

Step 1: Open the website

Step 2: Select the link

Step 3: Enter your Activation License Key (not the one on the white sticker) and the

email used to register the product

Step 4: Download the necessary installation file

Step 5: Install the program

Step 6: Start the program and enter the Activation License Key and the email address

used to register the product
