After 7 years owning and managing Libby Kirwin Real Estate, Libby Kirwin has joined Lila Delman Real EstateInternational as a Broker Associate.

“I am so happy to announce I have joined Lila Delman Real Estate International as a Broker Associate. This new chapterwill allow me to focus on what I love most: interacting with clients for whom I can literally and �guratively ‘open the door’to part of their future,” said Kirwin. “I believe in the power of working collaboratively and being part of Lila Delman RealEstate International with an enormous presence in Rhode Island and beyond.”

Libby has an extensive background in sales and rental markets on Aquidneck Island and in surrounding regions. Libbygraduated from the Massachusetts College of Art with a degree in Graphic Design. Her passion for aesthetics, detail anddesign is shown in her lifestyle publication, Living With Libby, and in work with Libby Kirwin Renovation + DesignConsulting.

Libby will be based in Lila Delman Real Estate International’s Newport o�ce located at 3 Memorial Boulevard.

What’sUpNewp has taken over most of the Libby Kirwin o�ce space at 418 Spring Street in Newport, the property willserve as a home-base for What’sUpNewp and What’sUpRhodeIsland.
