In an effort to have the Best Product, Life Fitness is improvingthe quality the black vinyl material used on Life Fitness branded strength products.
We have transitioned the black vinyl to an Omnova vinyl which is currently used for many of our other upholstery colors.
With this change, now all Life Fitness upholstery colors are Omnova (aka Boltaflex) or Uniroyal (aka Naugahyde) of equal quality & are of the highest grade vinyl available.

Life Fitness is now offering its factory powder coat paint for strength equipment. LF customers can order paint to color-match items in their clubs. Please note that paint needs to be electrostatically charged, sprayed and baked onto the product. Refer to service bulletin ST05051301 for touch-up paints. The powder will be sent out in pre-packaged cartons in amounts that cannot be modified.

Life Fitness Color Configurator

» Due to compatibility issues with the latest version of Flash, the Life Fitness on-line commercial strength color configurator will not display properly. As a result, we had to remove the color configurator from the Life Fitness website until the problem can be resolved. We are currently in negotiations to switch color configurators to a new platform. The new version will not only work with the latest version of Flash, but it will also have improved functionality and be iPad compatible.
» In the meantime, please use color chart posted on the website so customers can view all of our frame and upholstery options. You can also utilize the StackWrap configurator located on your desktop in the Sales Tools Folder. We apologize for any inconvenience and we can assure you that we are doing our best to get the configurator on the site as soon as possible.
