Light in the Midst of Darkness

Lost and weary soul,

Here in the darkness lie lifeless and cold. Tears falling down from tired eyes,

Can anyone still hear the voiceless cries?!

Room filled with sadness and despair, Can hope still enter from a heart full of care? Here where darkness reigns, the demon lies,

Would anyone be strong enough to fight until it dies?!

Fear slowly creeping inside your mind, Who could ever escape this treacherous mine?

Heart slowly corrupted by hate, Is the salvation already too late?!

But then a nameless voice speaks inside your head,

Holding and caressing you in your bed. A voice knocking on the things left unsaid,

Wishing and hoping His words to be spread.

A friend whos always been by your side, Giving you strength to swim the highest of tides.

Someone whos telling you to call Him when you are scared, And fear not for He is always there to catch you even if you failed.
