We recommend you arrive in the SPA a few minutes before your appointment.

WE VALUE YOUR HEALTH

Please let us know of any medical contraindications we need to consider (illness, allergies, other particularities). Please discuss this with your SPA-therapist before beginning your treatment, so that we can make sure we recommend the correct treatment.

FOR YOUR RELAXATION

Take some time out from the daily routine. We thus ask you to put your mobile phones on silent mode and refrain from using notebooks in the SPA.

CLOTHING DURING TREATMENT

Please arrive in a bathrobe and slippers for any massage and SPA treatments. You will find bath towels, bathrobe, SPA-sandals in your room or suite.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT

Please let us know if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This will help us with scheduling. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before treatment is scheduled to begin. As we reserve your appointment, we charge the full rate if

cancellations are made less than 24 hours before treatment is scheduled or you do not appear for your appointment.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH

We offer special treatments for our young guests. We ask guardians to be present during treatments.

Children‘s and youth treatments are also applied in the adults‘ relaxation area, we kindly ask you to ensure peace and quiet.

Children and youth under 16 years of age are only allowed in this area during the treatment. The family and textile-SPA-zone are located at the swimming pool level.

NON-SMOKERS

The SPA area is non-smoking. Please visit our Cigar Lounge, near the Alpenhaus. Bar for this purpose.

In our fitness zone you‘ll find cardio-fitness of the highest order. With new equipment by PRECOR you can work out for free 24 hours a day. Should you need some instruction or tips, our SPA-therapists will be happy to help you with tips and information.
