[ 11 ] Popales Project

• Located 150 km NW of Medellin in an emerging, high-grade district within the Cauca gold belt

• 7 km from Continental Gold’s Buritica project

• Multiple gold bearing veins identified through preliminary exploration • Mineralization very similar to

Buritica project • Many artisanal mines

• Grades up to 68 g/t Au

• Altered rock between veins assayed up to 13 g/t Au

• High grade vein and bulk mining potential

• Drill-ready project with the location of 7 drill-holes identified

Page 12: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 12 ] Regional Geology Popales

• Located in the prolific Cauca Belt

• 294 hectares, two blocks

• Large gold deposits in the belt include: • Buritica (Continental Gold):

4M oz. Au • La Colosa (Anglo Gold):

13M oz. Au

• Completed 288 line-meters of trenching

• 8 m at 3.5 g/t Au

• 16 m at 0.8 g/t Au, including 8 m at 1.22 g/t Au

• 10 m. @ 0.5 (g/t) Au

Page 13: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 13 ] Popales Geochemistry

• Widespread mineralization indicates:

• large hydrothermal system and

• provides numerous drill targets

• Copper and silver mineralization is associated with gold mineralization

Map: Rock chip sampling Au g/t

Page 14: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 14 ] Popales Trenching and Proposed Drilling

• Numerous, high-grade veins up to 68g/t Au • Many of the high-grade

veins support Artisanal mining

• Mineralized stockwork zones in wall rock indicate bulk mineable potential

• Completed trenches with assays pending, exposing stockwork zones • 4 trenches for a total of

288m line • 100 chip-channel samples

pending results

• Proposed drilling: 7 holes totalling 3,400m

Page 15: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 15 ] Popales Ground Mag

• Ground magnetic survey completed, 23.8 line-kilometers

• Data is being interpreted • Gold mineralization associated

with magnetic minerals

• Expected to provide additional drill targets

Page 16: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 16 ] Buritica & Popales Comparison

• Distribution and type of high-grade veins at Popales is very similar to Buritica

• Identified 45 high-grade Buritica-like veins

100 m.

[ 18 ] El Rayo Project

Gold Anomalies

Potential Mineralized Trend

• Located ~55km NE of Medellin in the San Roque municipality

• One concession, 270 hectares

• Open cut exposes a shear zone roughly 11m wide, length appears to be 1+km

• Chip samples yielded from 4.2 g/t Au up to 16.6 g/t Au

• Alteration consists of silicification, propillitic and sericite zones within N 70 E trend of 50 m width

• This style of alteration is typically associated with gold deposits observed at B2/AngloGold Ashanti's near Gramalote deposit

• Lithological and alteration maps are being prepared

• Agreement to acquire 90% for US$2.2M

Page 19: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 19 ] El Rayo Regional Geology

• Located in the prolific Antioquia Batholith Belt

• Majors nearby: AngloGold Ashanti, Gramalote and B2Gold

Page 20: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 20 ] El Rayo Geochemistry

• Geochemistry of rock chip and soil samples indicate two mineralized zones:

• 200m by 50m of gold anomalies ranging from 0.1 to 5.4 g/t Au

• 270 m by 170 m ranging from 0.1 to 2.6 g/t Au

Page 21: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012

[ 21 ] El Rayo Geochemistry Los Barrera Zone

• Surface sampling showed significant anomalies of gold

• Results of 39 soil infill and 30 m trenching sample results are pending

Page 22: Llave Oro Presentation March 2012
