If we consider that both Deva and Brukenthal Museum are in process of restoration of buildings, warehouses, laboratories, exhibitions spaces e.g, because of economic revival of Romania, we have only 2 problems remain:• interaction with visitors through pedagogical approaches • upgrading staff capabilities to be able to use all resources they have at disposal.

We believe that F-Museum project is fitting perfectly for both.

Manager for virtual museums

• Present the basic needs for a manager / Managerial competences are needed, capabilities to survey and analyse, to lead a team and to identify the needs and requirements through different methods.

• Require a up to date information regarding last gadgets in dissemination and e-commerce

• A manager should have tools for risk management and impartial evaluation of human and financial resources
