Task description: In the two sides of the field there are scoring areas and the

objective is to transport the disk there by passing it between the teammates.

Rules: Each point starts with each team in their score mark line. The defenderteam throws the disk (pull) to the attacker.

You can not run with the disk. You have to pass it in 10 seconds. The player who

is defending the thrower counts them.

When a pass is not completed, the team roles are changed.

Contact between players is not allowed.

If there is contact, a fault is committed. The disc possession is lost and the

game restarts in the same position.

There is no referee. The players are the responsible ones.For scoring, the player must catch the disk in the scoring area.

Alternatives: A football goal can be used as the scoring area. There can be

The one that starts catching (the “black hume”) has to be playing hula-hoop in the centre

of the field and the rest has to be sitting on the floor covering all the area. Then they have

to shout “black hume go out of the pot” and the “black hume” has to leave the hula-hop tocatch the people and the rest have to start running. When the “black hume” catches

someone he has to join him and catch the rest holding hands. There can’t be more than 6

“black humes” holding hands so the next one have to catch people alone until he catches

someone and form another group of six “black humes” and so on.

Rules:

-The “black humes” have to be always holding hands.

Name of the Game : The Blind old lady, shortly Blind Chase

Equipment: A scarf or a cap (big one),

also plastic cones or flags to mark the

space limits.

Space: a quarter of a football field or to be precise, about 3 to 7m².

Depends on the number of people.

Number of participants: it requires at

least 3 participants, maximum of 20

Duration: between 10 and 20 minutes, depends on the number of

participants that we have in total.

Task description: It consists on blindfolding a player with a scarf/cap, spin that person at least 5 or 10 times in one

place and then let that person catch someone depending only on his sense of hearing everyone moving around. It isnot a team based game, but it can be competitive. There are 2 teams, 1 blindfolded player, from any team, the point

is that you have to catch someone from the opposite team in order to get one point for your team, but if the player

catches someone from their team, they lose 1 point. Simple. Also, there's a designated field limit you can't surpass.

Fun fact : this game is a traditional Russian game introduced to to many other countries from the East European

culture. Stories tell that the forests of the land where so big that everyone was lost in them, there was an old lady

that guided anyone in order to not get lost in those woods, ironically she was blind. Every time one person was lost

she would appear and help that person to get out of the forest. She was basically chasing them. This game is very

popular for kids and the younger audience.

Rules:

1.- Whoever gets caught by the blindfolded player has to be the it.

2.- If the blindfolded person can't catch anyone in the time of 2 minutes, the blindfold is randomized among theplayers. (By doing so you can let the blindfolded player spin 2 times and then point at one direction to choose the

next player, if the blindfolded player doesn't point directly at a person, the nearest person to the point gets it.

3.- Any player that gets outside the limits of the field loses a point of that respective team, now if the blindfolded

player gets outside the limit nothing happens, but he/she'll be advised that he/she got outside of the play field.

4.- The blindfolded player will not be allowed to have his head inclined due to the reason that he/she may have

some gaps to see through.

5.- If the blindfolded player falls on the ground due to the spin movement he'll get the help of his team to get back

up, wait 5 seconds for the players that helped him split again and start over.

6.- The blindfolded person can ask 3 times where everyone is in order to reposition, his/her team have to shout out

loud “Here!” when they're asked so.

7.- When the blindfolded player ask to know where everyone is he can't move what so ever.Alternatives: The spin can be removed from the game because it may be annoying and troublesome, also asking

where is everyone in order to know is unlimited as long as the blindfolded player won't move.

Task description: We put chairs in a circular way. The number of chairs must

be one less than the number of people. When you whistle, everyone must

take a seat, obviously, there is one person which won’t have a seat, so he willbe out of the game. We continue doing the same until there is a champion.

Rules: The number of chairs must be one less than the number of people.

They can´t touch between them.

Alternatives: The person that goes off first, can tell the others that are still

playing, to do something special, for example: move with just one leg on the

floor, the right or the left one, to change the direction of the movement or to

run for a few seconds. For the next round, the last guy to be eliminated, does

this roll in the game.




Mice and Cats

Task description:

Everyone is cats, except 2 mice. This nice have to put a ball behind two cats

that are without vision. When the teacher said, GO! The cats have to try to huntthe mice.

Rules:

The cats cannot open their eyes before the signal.

They can run only around the pitch during 30 seconds. If the mice is alive, the

mice win.

Task description:

There is one player who has to catch the rest. First he has to think an animaland say to the teacher because then the others can avoid to be caught by

freezing their selves saying an animal (penguin, lion..).But if they say the animal

that the fist thought, they died.

When you are frozen, the rest of the players can save you passing under your

legs. Then you can continue running and saying animals.

Rules:

You cannot pass through the cones that delimit the space.

To save a player, you have pass under him. You can not to touch his clothes or

whatever.

You can freeze yourself just 4 times.

Alternatives:If you are caught, now you have to catch the rest too.

If someone is frozen you can save him giving him five.

Task description: one of the participants have a ball in the hands and he/she has to touch

Rules:

- You can not throw the ball.

- You have to touch whith the ball to a participants.

- You can not leave to the field.

Alternatives: If the game it´s difficult in a quarter of the field, we can play in the

middle of it. We can put two balls and in that case it is more difficult.

Task description: One person runs to catch the other members of the other

team. The opponents can be in a safety place when they are on something,

like a bank or a stair step. They just can be there for maximum 10 seconds.

Rules: The opponent must be “down” in 10 seconds, or he will become the

“bull”.

Alternatives: When the opponent is on any object, he must stay with one leg

in the air, trying to maintain his balance.
