As landmark peaks of Schwyz, the Mythen offer splendid views as 

they loom high over the wintry pre-alpine landscape. The resort

  Langis-Glaubenberg

Langis-Glaubenberg is the "Eldorado of cross-country skiing". In a 

superbly idyllic high-altitude valley at 1444 m above sea level there 

are some 40 km of classic and skating cross-country trails. Some of 

these pass through moorland areas of national importance. Langis is 

a great place for snowshoeing, too.

  Rigi Kulm – Schwändi – Rigi Klösterli

The sledge run offers great views and goes from Rigi 

Kulm via Schwändi to Rigi Klösterli. The 4 km track 

has an elevation loss of 500 metres, guaranteeing 

lots of fun for young and old alike.

3.5 km of fun on the snow-covered Mostelberg-Sat-

tel sledge run along the Stuckli Rondo rotating 

gondola cableway.

  Night sledging – Mythen Region

Try the popular night sledging here every Friday and 

Saturday evening from late December to early

  Bannalp-Chaiserstuel snowshoe trail 

Chaiserstuel is a popular snowshoeing and ski touring 

destination due to its delightful mountain setting and 

guaranteed snow. The trail is not signposted – 2 hrs.
