I have personally visited company's outlet/franchisee with my sponsor and assessed company products. I am completely satisfied with quality and price of products. 10. I have understood that the only place where I have to submit the money to buy the products of company is company's Branch/Franchisee. If I pay money to any body else company will not be responsible for that. 11. I have understood, I need to collect a Bill and Receipt when ever I buy a product(s). 12. I have understood that in case of non-availability of product. I can book the product by placing a purchase order and getting a Receipt against paid money. 13. He / She becoming an independent distributor, one can return the products within the specified time frame and get full refund. For example - If you have purchased products within 1st to 20th of the month, you can return them within 30 days. However, if the purchased dates are from 21st to 30th of the month, then you have to return them by 20th of the next month, provided the packaging of the product is intact and not opened. The product should be in re-saleable condition. A)Re-Saleable Condition means the Condition in which the price label is clean and intact and in good condition. B)The production of the refunded Product has not yet stopped. C)The Product seal (Shrink rapping)should be unopened. D)The product should have a reasonable shelf (Date of expiry)Life period. Note :- If a distributor opts for refund by returning all the products, then his/her distributorship will be cancelled 14. In case I apply for termination of my distributorship, company will buy back my all products in my stock which I had purchased in Last 182 days from the date of application of termination of distributorship. I know that, according to the instruction given by Indian govt., I will receive my commission after deduction of TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) 18. I have understood that according to Indian Income Tax Act 1961. I have to submit a photocopy of my PAN (PermanentAccount Number) in the company. Company will deduct TDS as applicable and submit it to Income Tax Department, which I can claim at the time I file my Income Tax Return.
