1-Credit Coordinator at Crowne Plaza Hotel and Staybridge Suites Abu Dhabi Yas Island, UAE
Review The high balance for Cp And SBS . Review bending PM for Crowne Plaza and Staybridge . Prepare and attending PM meeting. Updating the Credit Limits after the PM meeting Posting payment for credit card and companies every day. Preparing Invoices for daily, weekly and monthly basis. Photocopying Invoices for both properties CP and SBS. Print X and Z report for the CC refund machine on daily basis for both CP and SBS. Following up with the network for CC Refund report summary. Preparing the refund summary sheet every month for signature and file it. Answer all queries from external and internal emails. All City Ledger Invoice to be sent out within 2-3 days via courier, emails and by hand. Send SOA to all Suppliers on a monthly basis to clear discrepancies. Prepare the Monthly reports for end of the month. Reporting to Merchant Company if there is any damage. Daily credit card reconciliation for CP & SBS and follow up discrepancies Daily AR transfer and invoicing for both properties CP & SBS Employee city ledger deductions every month Send SOA to all Suppliers on a monthly basis to clear discrepancies Ordering Credit Card Rolls from time to time.
