CV 120/AMacchina solcatrice cartone concaricatore automaticoLa macchina ha la possibilità di eseguire uno o più solchi nel cartone grigio mediante appositi coltelli di taglio precedentemente regolati dall’operatore. Il caricamento del cartone avviene automaticamente. Il trucciolo asportato cade su un piano separatamente dalla plancia lavorata che si posiziona su un piano di raccolta cartone. La macchina ha la possibilità di tagliare il cartone in strisce.

Cardboard feeding is auto-matic. The removed chips fall on a separate belt. After grooving, the boards are placed on to a delivery tray. Solcatrice semiautomaticaQuesta macchina ha la possibilità di eseguire dei solchi a forma di “V” o “U” sul cartone, l’operatore deve inserire manualmente la plancia di cartone nel rullo di traino della macchina solcatrice, dopo aver regolato la distanza e la profondità voluta delle solcature, quindi la macchina trascinerà internalmente la plancia che poi verrà espulsa frontalmente già lavorata mentre sul retro saranno espulsi i trucioli di scarto lavorazione.

The operator feeds manually the cardboard sheet in the grooving machine, after adjusting the requested distance and depth of the creases. Solcatrice automaticaQuesta macchina ha la possibilità di eseguire dei solchi a forma di “V” o “U” sul cartone, l’operatore deve solamente caricare sul piano di lavoro le cartelle che devono essere solcate, quindi regola la distanza dei coltelli di solcatura e la profondità del solco voluto, poi avvia la lavorazione. Il pro-dotto finito verrà espulso autonomamente sul fronte della macchina mentre sul retro verranno espulsi i trucioli di scarto di lavorazione.
