The Total A i r VacuPress is the b rand new addi t ion \o the VacuPress line. The Total A i r VacuPress is modeled after the A i r Powered VacuPress wi th the addi t iona l feature of being completely pneumatical ly con ­trol led, no electricity is needed to power or control this unit.

The Total A i r VocuPress, like the A i r Powered VacuPress utilizes a venturl vacuum pump driven by standard compressed air to generate vacuum. Vacuum Pressing Systems uses only "ful l f l ow" single stage venturl vacuum pumps for max imum vacuum d raw throughout the entire vacuum process. This guarantees short evacuation time and low overall compres­sed air usage.

INTRODUCING THE VACUCLAMP Ar r ange Hie VacuClamp pods on the w o r k surface, connect the vacu ­um source, and place your w o r k piece on top. Instantly up to 1 8 0 0 lbs per sq ft of pressure is app l i ed . One , two , three or more pods can be connected together. Vertically, horizontal ly , on any ang le , or any combinat ion makes vacuum c l amp­ing simple and versatile to use. Because the pods ore on ly on the underside, access for sanding o r mach in ing is unobstructed w i th no c lamping marks.

W h a t mokes Vacuum Pressing Sys­tems VacuClamp pods unique is the built in vacuum valve wh ich provides two sided independently control led c l amping . V/hen vacuum is turned on the pods a re first d r a w n down to the w o r k surface for accurate, positive placement. Next , plac­ing the w o r k piece on top engages the vacuum control valve d r a w i n g the por t to

the pod . Each p o d is activated ind iv idu ­al ly by the w o r k piece a l low ing as few or as many pods to be engaged at once. Pods not ho ld ing the w o r k piece are still d r a w n t ight to the w o r k surface wi th no vacuum loss. Pods con also be per­manently mounted to the w o r k surface for repetitive operat ions or vertical c l amping . The pneumatic foot switch p ro ­vides quick release of the w o r k piece by simply stepping d o w n . Release the pedal a n d c lamping force is instantly reoppl ied .
