The Industrial division specialises in the installation and relocation of industrial equipment, plant and assoiciated services - we bring over 25 years of proven experience to this industry.

The resources of Mammoet Industrial not only involve the provision of experienced management and skilled staff but also include a comprehensive array of fully certifi ed plant and machinery equipment required to undertake the largest and most challenging projects.Lifting, dismantling, rigging, moving, installing, of machinery and industrial equipment is carried out by a specialist engineering team. Mammoet Industrial will deploy the above resources to various business sectors such as the following: Steel Industry, Automotive, Printing, Food and Drink, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical and Chemical, Nuclear, Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Environmental and many other General Manufacturing sector.

At Mammoet we are committed to a “Full Compliance Culture”, giving health, safety and environmental matters the highest priority in all of our activities, and managed through our comprehensive Safety, Health, Environmental  and Quality (SHE-Q) Management System. We recognize that SHE-Q is a fundamental and integral part of everyday business and this is continually communicated to all employees through internal training programs and the many available media outlets within the Mammoet lines of communication. We believe that our internal and external training programs are the key to providing the continuous improvement we seek and strive for, in our effort to achieve ZERO accidents or incidents.

The Mammoet SHE-Q system equips our employees with all the necessary tools to build, review, revise and document “Safe Systems of Work” for all our work activities. Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Method Statements, Calculation, Lifting Studies, Rigging Studies, Transporting Studies, Jacking and Skidding Studies, Tackle Diagrams are all a part of daily life, written and executed to the best industry standards by trained, skilled and competent persons. Within the SHE-Q system, all employees are required to complete initial induction training through our E-Learning portal whereby upon successful completion they are issued with a very comprehensive Corporate Safety Guide outlining Safety Policy and Procedure. The guide also contains miniature certifi cation copies of the competencies of the individual holder.

CDM Management

At Mammoet Industrial we have trained in house management and supervisory personnel to carry out CDM (Construction Design Management) on your behalf. CDM Regulations place specifi c duties on clients, planning supervisors, designers and contractors to plan, co-ordinate and manage Health & Safety throughout all stages of a project.

Anyone who appoints a designer or contractor has to ensure that they are competent for the work and will allocate adequate resources to comply with the current regulations 2007. Increasingly greater emphasis is placed by regulators and clients alike on the scrutiny of accident records of all companies in the service sector; something we very much welcome.

Mammoet Group UK has an enviable record in the maintenance of their Quality and H&S policies. Mammoet Industrial’s goal will be to enhance these records wherever possible through diligence, communication and care in all aspects of our business.

Project Management

Mammoet Industrial professional experience is an integral part of the services we offer to clients. We’ll manage the whole project from concept to completion from Total Turnkey Installation Projects where the company’s services are combined to the complex relocation projects, which included decommissing electrical & mechanical services, transport, lifting, shipping & packing along with the re-installation / recommissiong at destination. By adopting a hands-on management approach and insisting on excellent communications at every level, we ensure that time schedules are achieved and budgets met.

Industrial Dismantling/Dilapidation

Mammoet Industrial have the experience and rescources in-house to undertake and manage Building Restoration works following the dismantling/removal of internal equipment for relocation, resale or disposal.

Machinery, Plant / Equipment Installation & Relocation

At the core of our business, we have the necessary equipment and skilled permanent workforce to carry out installation / relocation projects from a single machine move, complete production lines or the transfer Door to Door of an entire production facility from any of the Business Sectors listed on Page 7.

Mechanical & Electrical Services

Mammoet Industrial employ their own mechanical and electrical personnel. A major part of our installation service is the provision of M&E services.Mechanical Services include: Pneumatics, Air, Hydraulics and Water including full testing and providing our customer with assistance on pre-commissioning.Electrical – All works are completed in accordance with the current 17th Edition of the IEE Regulations BS 7671 : 2008 and include for testing and providing our customer with assistance on pre-commissioning.

At Mammoet Industrial we operate state of the art hydraulic lifting systems, which are capable of lifting and relocating all types of heavy machinery and plant, including wide range of specialist electrical/gas industrial cranes & handling equipment.
