In-vehicle Wi-Fi access AT&T Connected Car Wi-Fi hotspots, embedded in eligible fleet vehicles, offer nearly unlimited opportunities for business productivity. Leverage this technology, powered by the AT&T 4G LTE network, to help your mobile workforce get more done. Activate the Connected Car Wi-Fi hotspots with an AT&T data rate plan.

Authorized company and billing administrators will be able to enroll, de-enroll, and manage Connected Car Wi-Fi hotspots for their Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) accounts in Premier. Contact your account team to enable your foundation account (FAN) with the appropriate permissions. Authorized Premier Online Care CRUs will be able to manage Connected Car services and wireless user information for their account.

Enrolling a Connected Car

Enroll a vehicle and shop for rate plans.Conveniently enroll your Connected Car fleet or vehicles using Premier Online Store.

Once you have permissions, you’ll see a Connected Car banner on the Shop tab in Premier Online Store. Click Enroll Your Connected Car Now to begin enrolling your vehicles or a fleet.

Fast, two-step registrationOn the Enroll Connected Car page, you’ll complete two short steps:

– Provide the vehicle identification number (VIN) or Connected Car wireless number.

– Set up your billing account preference.

Next, you’ll add a data plan to the Cart, review, and submit your order as usual (not shown).

To get started, click Enroll Your Connected Car Now.

Managing Connected Car in Premier Online Care

Conveniently view vehicle information.Easily access Connected Car details from the taskbar on the Premier homepage by performing a VIN or wireless number Lookup type search, entering the related number, and clicking Go.

On the View Account Information page you can view the vehicle details or change user information if needed. Using the links provided, administrators with permissions can also:

– Enroll another vehicle.

– De-enroll the current vehicle in context.

To quickly enroll or de-enroll another vehicle, click a link.

– Eligibility requirements:

• The appropriate business agreement must be in place to sign up for Connected Car service.

• The fleet or vehicles must have hardware that can support Wi-Fi services.

– Company and billing administrators must be granted Premier Online Care Connected Car permissions in order to submit an enrollment or de-enrollment request. Under Profiles & Permissions you can allow or deny Manage Connected Car permissions.

– There is a maximum of 5 Connected Car Wi-Fi hotspots per Premier Online Store order.

– Connected Car is available with shared, pooled, or unlimited data plans.

– Currently AT&T Connected Car is only available in GM vehicles. Additional vehicle makes will be added in the near future.
