    Having

    established a dedicatedDisaster Management Unit,

    PPAF has been at the

    forefront of planning relief

    and rehabilitation activities

    for peoples affected by

    natural calamities across

    the country.

    As the lead institution for

    grassroots development,

    PPAF works through civil

    society partner

    organizations to focus on

    the disadvantaged and

    marginalized across the

    country. Adopting anintegrated, community-led

    approach, we aim to

    develop inclusive,

    representative,

    well-governed, transparent

    and accountable institutions

    of the poor that are

    empowered to lead their

    own development. The

    catalytic role of women as

    equal partners in program

    design, delivery and impact

is at the core of all our work.
