Dr Eunice Lumsden - Head of Early Years, University of Northampton Dr. Eunice Lumsden is a registered social worker and spent over twenty years in practice specialising in safeguarding and adoption before entering Higher Education. Tony Mancini - Chartered Psychologist, Early Years, Education and Looked After Children Tony has been working with children with complex needs since the mid-1980’s in early years and school settings. His focus has been on inclusion for children whatever their needs. Tony’s service, Psychology Support, is an independent specialist psychology practice, working with local authorities, fostering services, adoption services and agencies, and schools, colleges and early year’s settings Jane Evans - Trauma Parenting & Behaviour Specialist Jane is an Early Year’s Author & International Speaker with expertise on the impact of DV on children and parenting capacity. She draws upon an understanding of brain development and function, early childhood attachment and how exposure to repetitive trauma, such as domestic abuse shapes and has an impact on this. Lisa Cherry - Author, Trainer, Speaker Lisa is a highly regarded independent lecturer, keynote speaker (in trauma, attachment, recovery, looked after children, and the experience of care leavers), writer and coach. Lisa is the published author of three titles including The Brightness of Stars which explores the impact of having been in care through the eyes of the adult.
