Dear Parents and Carers

It’s been a lovely week in school. On Monday and Tuesday the

Reception children presented their Christmas Production, Angel Express.

Well done to all involved. The children across the school have been working very hard

to prepare for Christmas Productions and the Carol Concert. We have the Dress

Rehearsal and two performances of the Key Stage 1 Christmas Production next week.

On Wednesday next week we have the Christmas Dinner. Please make sure you have

booked a meal for your child if you want them to have a cooked Christmas Dinner.

Finally, well done to the Year 4 team who competed in the King Edward’s School

Maths Challenge – full report next week. Mrs Whitehead

A big thank you to the PTA for the

fantastic Christmas Fayre. Lots of

hard work went into the preparation and

on Friday it all came together as one of

our best ever Christmas Fayres.

or blocking drive ways. Please park

safely, thinking of others and as a

good example to the children.

Lunchtime Supervisor vacancy

We have a vacancy to join our excellent team of

lunchtime supervisors. The role fits very well with

those who enjoy working with children and would

like to work for a few hours during the school day.

If you are interested, please contact the school office

for an application form.

On Friday 13 December we’re inviting all pupils to take part in Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day. We’re

asking children to bring in a voluntary £1 donation to help transform the futures of children in the UK and around the

world.

All money raised will go to Save the Children and will help make sure every child, no matter where they’re born, has

essentials like food, water and a safe place to sleep at night, and will ensure children can grow up happy, healthy and

become who they want to be. If you’d like to find out more about Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day, go to
