Majestic Style Development Society & Zest Event

Management Group is organizing a grand Fashion

Show / Beauty Contest Doon Miss & Mrs. Winter Queen-

2012 in the heart of the city Dehradun (U.K). Earlier we

have organized successful shows like style mantra, Mr. &

Miss Doon- 2007,08,09,10, Hum-Tum Kids Talent Hunt –

2008, 09, Mr. & Miss. North Mega Model-2009, The

Fashion Jalwa-2009.

INTRODUCTION1. Music and dance have been the ‘Spice of Life’ according to

the greatest author William Shakespeare. There is no better

medium to soothe, relax and step up the vigor after a hard

day at the office/market. Majestic Style after having created

a sensation in the glamour world of Uttarakhand, with its

maiden venture “Style Mantra’, humbly announces its next

presentation an event that would be a trend setter in the

fashion and modeling culture. In the earlier instance our

emphasis was on Perfection, Presentation, Punctuality and

Professionalism. In doing so, we created new waves in

musical scores, choreography, program content and

designing as well as the Ramp conduct. Most importantly we

publicity opportunities that we had envisaged, thereby for

the first time, built a platform for a long and sustained

relationship with them.

2. Having had an insight in the prevailing modeling

environment, which is totally unorganized and

unprofessional, we would like to make a significant

contribution for the aspiring young models i.e., help them

channelize their energies to professional

heights/destinations. Majestic Style is foraying onto this

horizon by organizing a competitive event to unearth,

groom, present and promote the abundant latent talent,

awaiting to be tapped. The event for female models, Doon

Miss & Mrs. Winter Queen- 2012 will be an elaborate

selection cum elimination process to be presented at an

appropriate gala scale in the presence of the citizenry of

Doon in January 2012.

3. However, for any show to be a success, the sustained efforts

of the organizing team, the hard work of the model’s, the co-

operation of the sponsors and Associates and well wishers,

are essential. Your association (only selected successful

business houses) with our efforts would be a big boost to its

and our confidence. But as regards your gains they would be

immense, as we would be accordingly providing wide

publicity in the local and electronic media, and also on most

of the prominent road junctions. There would be immense

opportunity to advertise your products in a unique and

exclusive atmosphere, so as to give your brand an eventful

exposure, besides improving your customer relationships

and turnover.

ABOUT US4. Majestic Style, of recent origin has quite a few stalwarts,

who are imaginative, zealous, organizational experts in their

respective field and able administrators. This team is a

fusion of talent, ability and aspiration.

5. PUBLICITY:- For this event, we have planned a well laid

out advertisement campaign which will spread over for

nearly a month. The highlights are:-

a. Advertisements:- Prominent advertisements will

appear in the local newspapers at least 10 days prior to

the event. These advertisements would highlight the

names of the sponsor finalized till that date.

b. Posters:- The event would be given wide publicity by

means of over 500 posters to be displayed at all

prominent locations. These posters would include the

details of the sponsors and would be displayed at least

10 days before the event.

c. Hoardings:- Mega size attractive hoardings would be

in position at least 10 days in advance. They would

highlight the sponsor names/logos.

d. Backdrop:- The ultra modern stylish backdrop for

the main event highlighting the names/logos of all the

sponsors will be the main attraction of the event. It will

be the focus of all viewers, live, and media till the

programe is in progress.

e. Sponsors Banners:- The sponsors would have the

option to display number of banners at prominent

places at the venue (to be decided by the organizers).

The banners would have to be prepared and handed

over to the organizers at least two days before the

event.

f. Sponsors Stalls:- Sponsors desirous of setting up

their own stalls/kiosks etc., can do so. (This facility is

limited to only four). For this we would be providing

the space, a power point, and some essential furniture.

The staffing, lighting, decoration and ad material

would be the responsibility of the sponsors themselves.

g. Announcements:- The comparer would be

announcing the names of the sponsors as per the

priority, as frequently as possible during the event. It

will also be our endeavor to physically introduce at

least two representatives of all our sponsors on the

stage during the event.

8. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS;a. Spectators would be only through invitation passes. Thus

having only the high and glitzy in attendance, thereby

ensuring smooth conduct of the program.

b. Exchange of customers data collection would be a big benefit

which will be accrued.

c. One of its kind event, which would leave a lasting impression

on the minds of the people, bringing good recall of your

brand.

d. Sponsors would be given specific invitation passes so that

they can oblige their own customers and earn good will/it

can be a purchase incentive.

9. PAYMENT MODE;- Once the category of the sponsorship

has been confirmed, the sponsors are requested to make the

payments, by cash/crossed cheques in favour of the concerned

party. All payments are non-refundable. Sponsorship will only be

confirmed once the payment has been received/cheque enhanced.

10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Rights of the Concept reserved.

Receipt of Full payment only would confirm sponsorship.

No alteration would be entertained after the final approval

of the designs/logos.

Advance paid would not be refunded under any

circumstances.

We will not be held responsible for any damages caused due

to any natural calamite other circumstances, whatsoever.

No responsibility in case of any Delays/Damages beyond our

control due to natural causes.

We would provide the facilities as listed only.
