Depending on your type of business, you

Activity, Purchase Enquiry, Customer Ser-

vice, Project Maintenance etc.) You can

add such activities to the account and as-

sign that activity to different users who

Maple CRM provides you the feature of

creating schedules under an activity (e.g.

to make calls to clients, follow-up with

the leads, meeting with the prospects,

dispatch courier etc.) The user can see

the schedules of the day on his/her Home

Page. Furthermore, it automatically sends

an email of the current day’s schedules to

the mail id of Maple user.

We don’t encourage deleting of accounts. Instead archive those unwanted accounts

and have access to the general data anytime you need it. You can restore the ac-

count whenever required.

Data Security:

We provide secure data hosting using cloud based technology and dedicated servers.

We ensure that data stored over Maple CRM is completely secured and the data is

the exclusive property of the customer.

Data Backup:

Denisys Technologies takes daily database backup and we also provide backup facili-

ty for customers. Database backup can be taken in three formats. Default database

backup (in encrypted format), In Microsoft Excel format & In XML format (for inte-

grating with other customer side systems)

The data can be retrieved in full or incremental fashion. Only super admin user can

take the database backup so that it is restricted to only one person in the organiza-

tion.

Tagging:

Tagging will help you to group your accounts seamlessly and beyond any boundaries.

The flexibility of using Tagging allows you to classify your accounts in the way you

find it useful.

professionally by just a click. Additionally, you can edit your template for different

customers before sending the email. You can also mark a cc to get that copy of the
