WORK WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDARIES INDICATED IN THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE,REGULATION, & ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS. OCCUPANTS ADJACENT TO THE PROJECT AREA BOUNDARIES SHALL CONTINUEUNINTERRUPTED OCCUPANCY DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT.3. B. DEMOLITION NOTES:

1. THE EXTENT OF DEMOLITION IS SHOWN FOR BASIC SCOPE. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEMOLITION, REMOVAL ANDPREPARATION OF EXISTING CONDITIONS TO FACILITATE THE NEW CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT LIMITATION.2.
