Baby’s First Year Drop-In Get out of the house and meet other moms, Wednesdays from 11:00am – 12:30pm. This post-natal support group discusses infant feeding and healthy development.

This program is available Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15pm – 4:15pm and is designed for seniors with low conditioning, low mobility, arthritis, or who are in wheelchairs.

Gentle Fit 2 * Must register in advance Continue to build your strength, increase your balance, and improve your posture and flexibility. Gentle Fit 2 will help clients that would like to try exercises that are more challenging, and still practice age-appropriate and safe movements. This group meets on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Monday of the month and Wednesdays from 4:15pm – 5:15pm.

Gentle Yoga * Must register in advance Accessible yoga for everyone! Learn stretching exercises, controlled breathing, and relaxation techniques on Tuesdays from 6:15pm – 7:30pm. Regular yoga practice helps to release stress and promote a good night’s sleep; lower blood pressure; increase mobility and flexibility of joints; and improve balance and posture.

Housing Rights Drop-In Understand tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities by joining this workshop on March 24th at 4:00pm – 5:30pm or on March 31st from 9:30am – 11:00am.
