Small Business Mentoring Counselors from the AWC Small Business Development Center are here Tuesdays from 1-3PM to provide evaluation and guidance for established small businesses and those just getting started.
Business Skills Training
Drop-in to talk with the business librarian. Ask questions and use resources covering a variety of business topics. Topics are chosen by attendees for each session.
Drop-In Job Help
Job help services include resume and cover letter assistance, job searching help and interview tips. This is a walk-in service. A reservation is not required and there is no fee to receive help.

How can we learn to navigate the world as seen through the eyes of people different from us? Come and join the discussion about how implicit bias can lead to a phenomenon known as stereotypes threat. Facilitated by Matthew Whitaker, Ph.D. This event is FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Do you enjoy being creative and making art? Then this program is for you. Bad Art Night is all about enjoying the process of making art without any of the pressure of creating the perfect masterpiece. Using a variety of recycled materials and craft supplies, you can demonstrate your creativity and have fun. Make a sculpture, painting, necklace, or any piece of art you like. This event is a chance to de-stress and use your imagination to create your worst “disaster-piece.” The event is for ages 18 and older.
Intro to Self-Publishing
