IntroductionMaritime Resource Management (MRM) Course is designed to minimise the risk of incidents by encouraging safe and responsible behaviour. It aims to foster positive attitudes favouring good communication, teamwork, excellence in leadership skills and compliance with standard operating procedures targeting bridge officers, engineers, pilots and shore-based personnel. It sharpens the skill of sea farers in the use and coordination of knowledge, experiences and available resources to achieve a high standard of safe operations at sea and shore.

For WhomMasters, ships’ officers, engineers, harbour pilots and shore-based personnel such as VTIS operators, top managers and accident investigators.

Pre-RequisitePersonal sea going experience

CertificationParticipant who has successfully completed the course will be awarded a Maritime

Resource Management Course Certificate by Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.
